Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II -Supporting Convention Organizer Role

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  The convention community is hoping this can be operational within the last quarter of 2019.

The convention organizer represents large groups looking for a location to hold their event.  The convention organizer communicates with the  convention facility coordinator to negotiate the scheduling contract on behalf of the group.

The convention organizers are non-local group representatives that create a presentation of the area of the location to present as one of the options for scheduling their event to the group.  The event organizer usually has three options - different convention facility locations the group can pick from.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Stage II is an online site being developed to support the convention organizers task of crafting a presentation of the new Wisconsin Dells Convention Facility to the group.  This is packaged information and images the convention organizer can employ to create a clear - concise picture of the Wisconsin Dells convention location for their group.

This places a resource that the convention organizer can utilize to enhance their professionalism right at the finger tips.  This strengthens calculations of quality when the convention attendees are asked to fill out the evaluations that will be used to rate the new Wisconsin Dells convention site.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.
