Ovilus 5 Experience Wolf Reference Romulus and Remus

During an Ovilus 5 Experience the technician kept receiving the word wolf.  The client and technician were unable to make any connection to the repeated word wolf.

The unseen presence can use the Ovilus 5 on dictionary mode to send words which appear on the digital screen.  The term measure of immersion means the unseen presence has sent a message to show they are seeing the same things the human being is able to see in the living space.  This indicates there level of residence in the living space.

Approximately one month after performing the Ovilus 5 Experience in the clients living space the client found an old souvenir fabric woven carry.  Clearly woven upon the exterior of the fabric carry all was the image of a wolf suckling Romulus and Remus.  The client had found the physical object the unseen presence was using the Ovilus 5 to reference to show their level of residence in the living space.

This can be a bit spooky for some individuals to discover that the unseen presence is essentially sharing many of the day to day experiences the living seem to have.  The client is charged 49.00 per hour for an individual technician to come and help.  The technician turns the Ovilus 5 on in dictionary mode and hand writes the received words on paper for the client to keep.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.

Proper Community Assessment City Of Wisconsin Dells

Business operators frustrated with the huge decline in revenue related to the poorly timed implementation of the Down Town Wisconsin Dells road construction have been considering a community assessment.  If we do not have an accurate community assessment of the City of Wisconsin Dells we cannot expect policy at the local level to deliver the services to be aligned with the real needs of the population.

Concerns abound with focus on the publicly owned buildings unsafe for human occupancy to the increased dependence upon sales of alcohol through Down Town locations.  The multitude of publicly owned vacant lots with maintenance costs that have long ago exceeded their value.  The absence of a stop and go light on Broadway and Eddy street.  Repair of a simple sidewalk that results in months of blockage from pedestrian use.  Smothering Municipal debt load that supports the Administrations continued action of taking a blind eye to the blatant loss.

A proper community assessment defines an accurate value to the public infrastructure - if we do not have an accurate value of our public buildings we will not have policy that assures the safety and wellness of the people who come in contact with these structures in the performance of their day to day work.

Motion On The Other Side - Ovilus 5 Experience

In a testament to the endurance of human consciousness , the unseen presence chooses words that appear on the digital screen of the Ovilus 5 - that describe motion that occurs on the other side at the time of communication.  This short incomplete list - shows some of the ways the unseen presence will use the Ovilus 5 to describe motion that is being perceived on the other side.

Below- perceived below

Went- no longer perceived

Shift- changed in way was first perceived

Step- ambulates

Above- perceived above

Drop- as if falls

Idle- holding a motionless appearance

Sail- as if floating on the surface of water

Rocket- came and went rapidly

Hop- up and down motion

Ran- ambulates fast

Rolled- wheel like movement

Sneak- shadow like glimpses

Smooth- same speed across field of perception

Fish- glide by like a fish swimming

Turn- change direction

Across- horizontal movement

Dorun- beginning to depart

The unseen presence using the Ovilus 5 is sharing information about the way the other side is appearing through their perceptive capabilities.  The other side is really very close.

The Ovilus 5 experience involves an individual technician coming to your chosen location , and turning the digital hand held device on in dictionary mode .  This provides an opportunity for the unseen presence to express themselves.   Words received are written by hand on paper for the client to retain.  The client is charged 49.00 dollars per hour for an individual technician to come and help.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.

Wisconsin Dells Private Parking Solutions App

Home Care Path staff are researching the private parking available in Wisconsin Dells as a way to prepare for the construction of a parking solutions App.  The lot on 814 Cedar Street in the Center of down town Wisconsin Dells plans to embed advertising into the parking service.

Wisconsin Dells is a resort community dependent upon tourism as their primary source of revenue.  Consider the paradigm main street store front operators subscribe to:

- Industry - Tourism

- Core Service - Parking

- Ancillary Service - Advertising

Soon visitors will be able to take advantage of the lot on 814 Cedar Street in down town Wisconsin Dells as a private parking solution to be embedded with theme advertising.   Parking has become the most marketable product in the Wisconsin Dells noting that:

- Noah's Ark sells parking spots

- Woodside Ranch near the large white sports complex sells parking spots

- Mount Olympus sells parking spots

- River Walk Pub sells parking spots

- 814 Cedar Street sells parking spots

In Wisconsin Dells land locked store fronts are dependent upon private parking solutions to operate a profitable business. As large buses and huge aqua ducks functioning as shuttles consume more street parking - visitors need options.  Street parking is further diminished by the transition from angle spaces to far fewer parallel street spaces.  These private parking solutions are not just here to stay - but expected to become more prevalent as a core piece of the areas ability to grow their local economy.

Wisconsin Hands Out Free Cameras To Watch Care Givers

Home Care Path is excited to hear Wisconsin is going to implement a program that provides free cameras for families to monitor care givers helping an elder family member.  This is an intervention that is expected to renew measures designed to assure access to adequate levels of care.

Wisconsin is going to hand out free cameras that create video that is sharable.  This is significant for demonstrating evidence of changes in the elders cognition and physical function which demands more care.  Seniors are receiving care for chronic progressive disease processes that can produce rapid developments requiring more care and the help of more than one care giver.

The good news that Wisconsin will be handing out free cameras means families working with public programs like Family Care and Wisconsin Partnership will have visual evidence of the changes in condition that require additional help for the senior.  These videos can now be shown to Long Term Care Insurance plan Case Managers as well as Family Care and Wisconsin Partnership Case Managers which will improve access to adequate levels of care.

Wisconsin's (ADRC) Aging and Disability Resource Center staff can use the video as evidence for the needs of the frail elder which assures eligibility to available programming benefits.  The staff of Wisconsin's Home Care Path encourages all families with an elder to contact the free camera distribution department as soon as they become available.

Home Care Path coordinates experienced Elder Care Assistants who can come and help with most anything a family member would do if they could be there.  The family is charged 20.00 dollars per hour.  The experienced care givers are supported with marketing, payroll, and billing services.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an elder care assistant visit to get started.

Federal Opportunity Zones - Community Advocacy Consultant

States are watching for the Federal Announcement on Opportunity Zones.  Federal Opportunity Zones connect privately invested money to low income tracts.  This funnels capital into areas where business has a difficult time borrowing money.

The States Governor using supporting data , assigns low income census tracts as Opportunity Zones.  This is funded by providing a tax break that enables capital gains from other investments to be invested in to the Opportunity Zone.

Investors receive special treatment on profits from these new investments.  For example- holding the Opportunity Zone investment for 10 years - makes the capital gains tax free.  States are anticipating the IRS and Treasury Departments publishing and distribution of guidelines on funding these Opportunity Zones in the 3rd quarter of 2018.

This will immediately incentivize people to start and scale their business modals locally.

Overdose Fatality Review Committee - Ovilus 5 Experience

The opioid epidemic has necessitated the formation of localized committees described as overdose fatality review meetings.  The purpose of the ongoing committee is to identify the ways in which the specific overdose death could have been prevented.

The emergence of the overdose fatality review committees in Wisconsin signals a move toward a more holistic approach to preventing drug use deaths.  The community is being forced to look at pragmatic aspects of prevention that can improve effectiveness when implemented as an ongoing group.

The findings in the overdose fatality review committees can be employed to organize a neighborhood where a death has occurred.  The over dose death is a signal for the neighborhood to organize and diligently support those citizens with a history of addiction.

The staff of the Ovilus 5 Experience encourage readers to watch for the formation of over dose fatality review committees near your home.  The Ovilus 5 Experience sends an individual staff person to operate the Ovilus 5 in dictionary mode. The client is charged 49.00 dollars per hour for the Ovilus 5 Experience which provides the opportunity for unseen presence in your living space to communicate.  Addiction weakens the veil that separates the living from the dead.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.
