Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - City and Village Politically One

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

The Wisconsin Dells area lacks the people to staff these tourism business modals.  The Wisconsin Dells area is dependent upon the more than 4500 work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program to help with our local tourism efforts.

The City of Wisconsin Dells and the Village of Lake Delton require complete political cooperation to share the communities resources in a manner that continually expands the placement of more and more work experience travelers from outside of the Country across the Wisconsin Dells area.  The Lending Institutions, the Insurance Providers, and the local Government Administration understand the risk of business development in the Wisconsin Dells area is the critical lack of labor.

To enable the ability of Lending Institutions, Insurance Providers, and local Government Administration to even consider interacting with the Business Operators - the Wisconsin Dells area must be politically aligned with the policies that consistently work to pull much more than 4500 work experience travelers in to Wisconsin Dells.  Local politics must drive policy that assures a huge out of Country ( greater than 4500) work force locates in Wisconsin Dells annually - to demonstrate evidence of the business communities probability of being able to reimburse their lenders.

This requires the City of Wisconsin Dells and the Village of Lake Delton elected representatives be in sync with the chosen effort to compensate for a complete lack of local labor resources.  Electing a political official who has not been indoctrinated in to the local tourism industries dire need for this unavailable resource - is a risk that removes participation of the Lending Institutions, Insurance Providers, and Local Government Administration.  This would leave the Wisconsin Dells business community without the resources to operate profitable business modals.

The City of Wisconsin Dells and the Village of Lake Delton must politically cooperate to assure efforts to compensate for a complete lack of local labor resources can be perceived by the public as an ongoing process.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Multi- Sided Economic Platform

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  The community is hoping the new convention center will become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are busy developing a digital multi- sided economic platform to serve the needs of the incoming convention center attendees.  This is an area specific online site delivering the products and services the Wisconsin Dells area has available for the incoming convention center attendee.

This is a mutually beneficial approach that enables Wisconsin Dells area business operators to list their products and services to the convention center attendees.  The convention center attendee will be able to list their need for local business operators to respond.  This serves to expose convention industry participants to a broader view of the services and products available in the Wisconsin Dells area.

This is about retaining a groups visit to the Wisconsin Dells area.  Convention organizers and individual group members can rapidly locate a special service that the group may need to agree to the Wisconsin Dells option as their selection.  The listings can be embedded with technology like Paypal to deliver fiscally safe online financial transactions.

Watch as Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB staff begin to roll out this new multi- sided economic platform.  This will be easy for the business operator and the convention attendees to use.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Match Attendee Need to Business Service

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB staff are busy developing an economic multisided digital platform crafted to facilitate matching in real time at the users convenience.  Understand that a group coming to attend a scheduled gathering at the Kalahari Resort convention center will have needs.

Example of attendee needs:

- place to sleep over night means local hotel operators can list their lodging

- place to eat means local restaurants can list their menu

- medical treatment means local hospitals can list their emergency services

- outdoor time to recreate means local attractions can list their service

- rides means local taxi's can list their services

- stiff back means local chiropractors can list their services

This is a short, incomplete list printed to give viewers the picture of how this digital platform can enhance the convention attendees stay in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This will give the convention organizers and individual group members a broader understanding of the Wisconsin Dells area's amenities which reduces the number of groups that choose some other location for their gathering.

The digital platform creates mutually beneficial connections in that the attendees experience greater autonomy with shaping their visit while the local business operators access some of the newly available revenue in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This is a powerful tool that will extend the reach of the area's business services to attract a larger share of the convention market that is needed to grow the Wisconsin Dells area economy.

Watch for this fun, easy matching service to become operational .  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Closing Elm Street New Outdoor Plaza Location Down Town

The City of Wisconsin Dells Council is expected on Thursday July 11, 2019 to approve the closing of Elm Street from Broadway to the Alley for a new outdoor plaza location.   This would be along the entrance to the Chalet Bowling Lanes.

This will mean the corner of Broadway and Cedar Street property owner - Trumble Lot - will lose a business lease.  The Wisconsin Dells area has a much higher than normal business lease failure rate - this is secondary to the high cost of importing labor through the J1VISA Programming from outside of the Country.

The Wisconsin Dells area needs more than 4500 work experience travelers to come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Programming to staff the local tourism business modals.  The Village of Lake Delton is investing millions of dollars to build new housing for the visiting J1VISA Program population.

The calculation of work experience travelers coming in to Wisconsin Dells through the J1VISA Program is used as an economic variable to measure the financial well being of the area.  The higher the number of visiting J1VISA Program work experience travelers - the higher the number of individual financial transactions - which is correlated to higher contributions to the resort tax fund.

The lower the number of J1VISA program work experience travelers - the lower the number of individual financial transactions - which is correlated to lower contributions to the resort tax fund.

The outdoor plaza location on Elm Street provides an opportunity for the high number of visiting J1VISA Program work experience travelers to participate in a local community event.  This is live entertainment that attracts the locals, the tourists, and the J1VISA population for a fun nightly activity.   The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - How Share Customers

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical space designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  The new convention center is expected to become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

The idea of shared customers requires a digital enabler to facilitate local trade.  Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB is developing a multi- sided economic digital platform that will enable the facilitation of local trade with the convention attending population.  This occurs in real time at the users convenience.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB can be seen as a market place for the local convention industry participants.  This delivers an opportunity for the local business operators to present their services to the incoming convention center attendees.  This includes the opportunity for incoming convention center attendees to list their needs - allowing local business operators to respond.  This is about matching needs to available services to improve the convention center attendees stay in the Wisconsin Dells area.

This approach delivers value by assembling a process that both informs and facilitates mutually beneficial financial transactions to assure a positive outcome for the convention center gathering.  This assures needs are being met by local resources - which prevents the group from looking to another convention space option.  This is a community resource that will retain more groups coming in to the Wisconsin Dells area for a gathering.

The staff of Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB want to see the group schedule their convention in Wisconsin Dells, get the most from their stay, and plan to return again.   The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Biz Communicates With Convention Group

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB is developing a multi sided digital platform.  This is a new commerce product that connects your local business service to the group coming into the Wisconsin Dells convention center at the Kalahari Resort location.  This is a digital market place that business operators and convention attendees can use to communicate in real time.

Most corporate conventions know far in advance when their gathering will be scheduled.  The Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place will give the attendee time to plan and get the most value from their visit to Wisconsin Dells.  This digital platform facilitates the opportunity for local business operators to market their products and services to the back to back groups renting space in the Kalahari Resort Convention Center for their gathering.

The platform will be embedded with the structure that enables financial transactions utilizing proven fiscal products like paypal.  These financial interactions are mutually beneficial - in that the attendee will be able to list their need - allowing business operators to respond.  This in a sense matches the attendees need to the available business service which improves the attendees perception of autonomy and increases their level of satisfaction with the over all stay in Wisconsin Dells.

These digital assets are an essential part of extending the reach of the Wisconsin Dells area to attract large new populations looking for the right fit for their gathering.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Park and Rec

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This will drastically increase the Wisconsin Dells need for more and more work experience travelers coming to help with local tourism efforts through the J1VISA Programming.

2017 calculations indicate more than 4500 work experience travelers came in to Wisconsin Dells from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program to support local tourism efforts.  The Village of Lake Delton is distributing millions of dollars to encourage private land owners to build new housing for the J1VISA Program visitors in Wisconsin Dells.

As the number of visiting J1VISA Programming work experience travelers continues to grow way beyond the 4500 calculation expect to see the Wisconsin Dells Park and Rec departments being called on to establish organized functions for this growing population.  This is employing Park and Recs as a public resource in a fashion that supports the Wisconsin Dells communities presentation as a safe and attractive destination for individuals accessing the Federal J1VISA Programming.

This will add structure to the J1VISA Program work experience travelers scheduled stay while assuring the visitors exposure to the communities vast opportunity for outdoor recreation.  This is an essential piece of demonstrating evidence of the Wisconsin Dells area's commitment to global tourism.  Expect to see the Wisconsin Dells Park and Rec department being consistently called upon to play a stronger role in the communities responsibility of establishing the support than assures a safe and fun stay for the individuals coming through the Federal J1VISA Program.

This is leveraging the communities public resources to attract the higher number of work experience travelers coming through the J1VISA Program - that will be needed to maintain the tourism business modals operating in the Wisconsin Dells area.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Heavy Government Programming

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location capable of attracting a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells lacks the residents to staff these tourism business modals.  In 2017 the Wisconsin Dells area had over 4500 work experience travelers come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program to support local tourism efforts.  When the new convention center becomes operational in the 4th quarter of 2019 the number of needed J1VISA Program work experience travelers will climb much higher than the 4500 calculation.

Lending institutions, insurance providers, and public service administration know the function of the Wisconsin Dells economy is completely dependent upon the Federal Government J1VISA Programming.  This means at the local level Wisconsin Dells area residents are consistently encouraged to vote for the political party most capable of assuring ever higher numbers of work experience travelers from outside of the Country can come to help with tourism efforts through the Federal Government J1VISA Programming.

This is a commitment of local residents born out of a need that establishes a profound dependency upon heavy Government Programming to maintain the structural services that define Wisconsin Dells.  Without the sustained Government Programming the local economy collapses pushing traditional tourism business modals to other geographical areas.  The Wisconsin Dells Area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Critical Lack

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

The Wisconsin Dells area lacks the population to staff these tourism business modals.  In 2017 more than 4500 work experience travelers came from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program to help support local tourism efforts.  The need for more and more J1VISA Program work experience travelers is growing way beyond the 4500 calculation in 2017.

The lending institutions, the insurance providers, the public service administration now understand the entire economy of the Wisconsin Dells area is dependent upon the ability to attract ever higher numbers of work experience travelers through the J1VISA Program.  The Village of Lake Delton has been allocating public money for land owners who construct housing for temporary work staff on their land.

Noah's Ark has received 1.5 million dollars from the Village of Lake Delton to construct two dorm like buildings and a convenience store.  This will be located on Lake Avenue and serve approximately 600 work experience travelers coming in to Wisconsin Dells from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program.  The new housing is part of a promotion to attract more and more work experience travelers.

From a broader view, these new temporary housing complexes are staffed with monitoring services.  The Wisconsin Dells area is implementing strategies that are expected to produce evidence of ongoing effort to better comply with Federal Immigration Laws.  Housing regulations have been amended and code enforcement staff have been hired to reduce the availability of private housing for temporary staff in the Wisconsin Dells area.  Public service software has been updated to connect community providers through the cloud to better track federal immigration and customs concerns at the local level.

The critical lack is labor and the Wisconsin Dells area is completely dependent upon the Federal J1VISA Programming to continue to economically operate.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Credibility Deficit Business

Infoteyes Advertising Promotions is employing non- enriched photographic images to strengthen promotional practice in Wisconsin.  This approach adds value to the online digital communication being distributed to populate your community, event, or business modal.

In 2017 more than 4500 work experience travelers from outside of the Country came in to Wisconsin Dells through the J1VISA Program to support local tourism efforts.  The high cost of importing labor from outside of the Country creates a much higher than normal business lease failure rate across the Wisconsin Dells area.

Families do not want to plan a visit to a business modal only to discover that they have permanently shut down their Wisconsin Dells location.  This fear projects a credibility deficit that promotional communication is challenged to over come.

Non- enriched photographic images published in real time across varied media sites enhances business operator credibility.  This adds value by delivering data packets aligned with visitor expectations for the purpose of establishing a long term relationship.  This informs a measure of consistency which is a needed component of accuracy and essential to consumer rapport longevity.

This approach increases engagement which is a desirable quality when performing online communication for the purpose of promoting a community, event, or business modal.  Infoteyes Advertising Promotions is a strong partner of local travel, tourism, and convention industry efforts across the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Black Top Parking Area

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership formed to create a space designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

Construction crews have began black topping the exterior of the new convention center.  Soon the construction perimeter fencing will start to shrink inward.  The new convention center at the Kalahari Resort is expected to become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

The community will be encouraging the new convention center to function at the higher end of occupancy.  Recall the inverse relationship between the occupancy level of the convention center and the calculation of vacant hotel rooms in the Wisconsin Dells area.

As the occupancy level of the convention center increases the number of available hotel rooms in the Wisconsin Dells area decreases.  Local hotel operators will be monitoring the occupancy levels at the new convention center in relation to their hotel room vacancies.

This huge investment of public resources to grow the local economy is being called stage II of the convention hosting industry in Wisconsin Dells.  Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB and Infoteyes Advertising Promotions are busy developing the digital sites needed to communicate with the non- local convention organizers and individual group members seeking space for their gathering in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells and ICE Federal Agency

Since its creation in 2003 ICE Immigration and Customs Enforcement has been aware of the Wisconsin Dells area's high need for workers.  ICE is a Federal Agency within the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) which exists to enforce Federal Immigration Laws.

The Wisconsin Dells area's high need for workers identifies it as a natural haven for individuals who travel in to the Country outside of the Federal defined process.  Recognizing the over sight through this Federal Agency the Wisconsin Dells area has been implementing a plan that involves stronger tracking of individuals populating the community.

The Wisconsin Dells area has amended housing regulations and hired more code enforcement officers to limit the availability of rental space for the temporary work force.  Local digital communication devices have been updated and are now connected through the cloud to all departments providing public service.  Public resources are being invested to construct dorm like housing that is embedded with monitoring services designed to track an individual workers stay in the area.

Code enforcement officers are expected to develop a relationship with area employers for the purpose of establishing a partnership designed to reduce the need for Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement across the Wisconsin Dells area.  These interventions at the community level are to provide evidence of the Wisconsin Dells area's commitment to better comply with Federal Immigration Laws.

The Wisconsin Dells area is populated with individuals from across the globe who come together to support local tourism efforts.  The need for workers in Wisconsin Dells continues to get larger.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - More Than 4500 J1 Exchange Program Visitors

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  The Wisconsin Dells area is completely dependent upon the public J1VISA Programming  that brings workers from outside of the Country to support the local tourism efforts.

In 2017 the Wisconsin Dells Events Newspaper reported that more than 4500 work experience travelers come in to the area every year.   The community expects the number of work experience travelers to drastically increase when the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort becomes operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

The new convention center is a public- private partnership to create a space designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  The Village of Lake Delton is providing financial incentives for property owners who build housing for temporary staff on their land.  The Noah's Ark property owner has received 1.5 million dollars from the Village of Lake Delton to construct 2 buildings for housing and a convenience store on their land.

Wisconsin Dells community planners track the number of J1VISA work experience travelers coming to help with tourism as a calculation of the areas economic well being.  Falling numbers of J1VISA work experience travelers means a reduction in financial transactions.  This is correlated with a drop in annual resort tax contributions.

This is important as the Wisconsin Dells area has a higher than normal business lease failure rate due to the high expense of importing labor from outside of the Country.   The Wisconsin Dells area is now a global community.  The J1VISA work experience travelers influence the customs and cultures of Wisconsin Dells through their day to day participation in the areas efforts to support tourism.  Wisconsin Dells has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - J1VISA Entertainment

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  Wisconsin Dells is completely dependent upon the thousands of work experience travelers who come in through the J1VISA Program from outside of the Country to support local tourism efforts.

Down Town Wisconsin Dells is busy assembling a stage on the Trumble lot - corner of Broadway and Cedar - for nightly outdoor entertainment.  This entertainment is free and offers the thousands of J1VISA work experience travelers the opportunity for some recreation Wisconsin Dells style.

The family who has 810 and 814 Cedar Street have offered to facilitate some off street fee for service parking.  This will be a relief with the crowds attending the free entertainment.  With the ongoing road construction in Down Town Wisconsin Dells , and the large buses and military ducks on the street - travel and parking can be difficult.  Some off street fee for service parking will really help reduce the traffic congestion.

The scheduled entertainment can turn this community gathering in to a celebration - and is expected to populate the space.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Inverse Relationship

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership to construct a space that when operational will attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  The new convention center being built on the Kalahari Resort property is expected to become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

To assure adequate over night lodging availability for those attending the new convention center - the Village of Lake Delton has been providing financial incentives for franchise hotel operators who locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This has drastically increased the supply of hotel rooms in Wisconsin Dells.  We now have a buyers market- meaning hotel room prices are falling because there is too much of a supply of hotel rooms in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Once operational the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort will need to function at the higher end of occupancy to create the over night stays capable of populating the large number of vacant hotel rooms in the Wisconsin Dells area.  An inverse relationship exists between:

- level of convention center occupancy

- hotel room vacancy calculation

This means an increase in the level of convention center occupancy results in a decrease in the hotel room vacancy calculation.  This means a high number of hotel room vacancies indicates a decrease in the level of convention center occupancy.  Once the new convention center becomes operational the hotel providers will look to the convention center when their rooms are not being rented.

It will be important for the community to encourage the new convention center to work toward functioning at the higher end of occupancy.   This is the way the community will earn a return on their huge investment of public resources.   The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - New Hotels Being Opened

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership designed to grow the local economy.

This top down effort includes the Village of Lake Delton providing financial incentives for franchise hotel operators who agree to locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  The Village of Lake Delton has given the operator of the La Quinta Del Sol franchise hotel  1.8 million dollars to build on the Wisconsin Dells Parkway.

This activity has created a buyers market - meaning hotel room prices are falling because there is too much of a supply of hotel rooms in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This over supply of hotel rooms is expected to continue until the new convention center being built at the Kalahari Resort is open and functioning at the higher end of occupancy.

The community is hoping the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort will become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.   Once operational the convention center will be able to use local hotel vacancy calculations as a measure of occupancy.  The higher the convention centers level of occupancy the lower the calculation of local hotel vacancies.

This dynamic incentivizes local hotel operators to participate in the efforts to make the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort a success.  This ongoing effort is necessary for the community to receive a return on this hefty investment of public resources.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - New Nuisance Ordinance

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is expected to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  In a meeting on June 10, 2019 the Village of Lake Delton Board passed a new nuisance ordinance - with more transient people populating pockets of the Wisconsin Dells area this will be a new approach to addressing the nuisances this activity can create.

Wisconsin Dells is a community of transients.  Thousands of work experience travelers come through the J1VISA Program for about a 90 day stay in the Wisconsin Dells area.  Past tourism calculations indicate over 4 million tourists visited the Wisconsin Dells area in a one year period.

The community has discovered this coming and going can create situations on property that rise to the level of a legal nuisance.  Chronic complaints of noise, increase traffic, litter, trespassing, destruction of property, and other difficulties can contribute to the need for interventions by public services.  The Village of Lake Delton has crafted a new nuisance ordinance in anticipation of a higher need for public services - as the Wisconsin Dells area moves forward with stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Pictured is Kalahari Drive - to the left is a residential neighborhood, to the right is the Kalahari Resort - with a new convention center coming which assures larger than ever populations upon this parcel of land.  The Village of Lake Delton can sense that the coming drastic increase in the number of people in this area - can create situations that could rise to the level of a legal nuisance.

The new nuisance ordinance involves a cross- departmental plan as soon as a nuisance is identified.  The Village of Lake Delton is employing a shared cloud based data base to track the public services being consumed by the property identified as a source of the nuisance.  Interdepartmental expenses will be calculated to demonstrate the need for a plan to proceed with the identified nuisance.

Can you see how the placement of 600 work experience travelers on Lake Avenue may result in complaints that rise to the level of a legal nuisance.  The new nuisance ordinance has been written by the Village of Lake Delton for this very purpose.  The new nuisance ordinance encourages the community to be mindful of an escalating nuisance - and brings all the public service departments together to agree on a solution.

The Wisconsin Dells area is a global community and local ordinances are being forged to help adapt to these changes.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Main Task Matching

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

The community is hoping the new convention center will be operational within the 4th quarter of 2019.  The community expects the new convention center to function at the higher end of occupancy.  The Wisconsin Dells area will need the online digital structure configured for the purpose of assisting the non- local convention organizer with the tasks of matching to achieve functionality at the higher end of occupancy for the new Kalahari Resort's convention center.

Tasks of matching involve aligning the groups needs with the services available in the area to assist the decision making committee in choosing a location for their gathering.  Assisting with matching adds value while delivering embedded promotional communication.  This helps the group understand what is available in the Wisconsin Dells area - during the time of their scheduled gathering.

The staff of Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB are working with Sharetribe to develop an online multisided economic platform designed to support the needs of the growing convention industry in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This will be instrumental in extending the reach of the Wisconsin Dells area business providers who can readily communicate to the incoming population.  This strengthens service while forging the relationships that are necessary to achieve positive outcomes on the post convention evaluation forms all attendees respond to.

The online multisided economic platform will give area business modals an opportunity to communicate with groups before they have even scheduled their gathering in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This places the business modals promotional investment at the most earliest presentation time.   This facilitates the opportunity for an ongoing relationship that results in the populating of your business modal with incoming visitors.

The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.  The staff of Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB are busy developing the online assets designed to create mutually beneficial outcomes for the visiting population as well as the area business providers.

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Down Town Fire Works

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership to create a physical location designed to attract a huge number of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.  The convention center is expected to become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.

The community of Wisconsin Dells is questioning if they will be able to hold the annual 4th of July fire works display in the down town area by the public pool.  The area is part of the road construction taking place in down town Wisconsin Dells the summer of 2019.  The area has uneven surfaces, piles of earth, and large equipment in motion.

The families coming to attend the annual 4th of July fire works display in down town Wisconsin Dells would be laying their blankets out across a construction zone.  The City of Wisconsin Dells commercial district exists to serve the summer tourist population.  The entire commercial district is dependent upon serving summer visitors as a primary source of annual business revenue.  For this reason the community has been working to create a safe balance that involves visitors tracking in the construction zones to help with access to the operating business modals.

Community members remain uncertain if the annual 4th of July fire works display will occur in the usual spot in down town Wisconsin Dells this year with the road construction.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry,

Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Public Private Partnerships

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This can be described as a public - private partnership to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB and Infoteyes Advertising Promotions represent two clear examples being simultaneously developed to support these public - private community economic growth initiatives.   These online digital area specific services extend the reach while strengthening the value of communication being distributed to grow the local economy.

The Village of Lake Delton is providing financial incentives to franchise hotel operators who locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  The La Quinta Del Sol Franchise Hotel Operator has receives 1.8 million dollars from the Village of Lake Delton and is breaking ground on the Wisconsin Dells parkway.   This can be described as a public - private partnership designed to assure the availability of over night lodging for the new convention center.

The new public - private partnership convention center at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells is expected to become operational in the 4th quarter of 2019.   The Village of Lake Delton has broken ground on Alcan and Miller to build a new law enforcement building that will be closer to the new convention center.  The investment through the Village of Lake Delton will include the replacement of Alcan drive.

These public - private partnerships designed to grow the local economy are being called stage II of the convention hosting industry in the Wisconsin Dells area.  The community is beginning to recognize these top down driven changes.
