Wisconsin Dells Hotel Operators Want More J1VISA Staff Now

Wisconsin Dells Hotel Operators understand the only way they receive additional guests from the new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort - is to advocate for more staff immigrating legally through the J1VISA Program.  The new convention center needs adequate staff to serve the larger groups that create the intended return on the hefty investment of public resources.

For the new convention center to function as it was designed to serve larger regional - national groups the Wisconsin Dells area needs more people to legally immigrate through the J1VISA Program from outside of the Country.  The stronger response of people willing to immigrate through the J1VISA Program is necessary to get the convention center to the staffing levels required to operate closer to the occupancy - this is a huge space.

When the new convention center has employed adequate numbers of people coming to temporarily live in Wisconsin Dells from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program - they can accept the larger groups a building of this size is intended to serve.  Then Wisconsin Dells Hotel Operators will be called upon to provide the over night space needed to serve the higher population attending a gathering at the new convention center.

Simply, having the new convention center fully staffed , assures larger groups of visitors, and some of these attendees will need to rent over night space in your hotel.  When a hotel operator in Wisconsin Dells says they want more over night guests from the new convention center - what they mean is - the hotel operator wants more J1VISA visitors to come staff the convention center now.

Wisconsin Dells New Plaza Planners Fear Long Off Season

Participants planning for a new plaza location in down town Wisconsin Dells fear the dis- assembling of their plan over the long off season.  A lot can change rather quickly in a small resort community that depends upon the summer tourist season to economically survive.

The high cost of having to import our labor from outside of the Country creates a much higher than normal business lease failure rate across the Wisconsin Dells area.  Private business enterprise partners may lack the resources or no longer be operational come next years summer season.  This can sever the connection of once held favorable collaboration for the new plaza location in down town Wisconsin Dells.

The Wisconsin Dells Business Improvement District Committee will be assigned the task of submitting a more detailed budget for the rather new idea of closing off Elm Street for the next plaza location.  This will identify required expenses that lack a valid pay source.  Maintenance and security are two simple examples.

Plaza planners have a responsibility to the residents and visitors that have been attending their free evening events - to keep the Broadway and Cedar Street Plaza active until the new location is operational - off in 2021.

Many of the City of Wisconsin Dells Departments aggressively plan toward the end of the summer season - only to find their plans have completely dis-assembled - almost disappeared come next summer tourist season.

What Is Infoteyes Advertising Promotions In Wisconsin Dells ?

Infoteyes Advertising Promotions is an independent organization that has made headlines lately through their contractual work with the familiar Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB.  Communities, Event Planners, and Business Locations like Infoteyes Advertising Promotions because of the focus of their work with digital applications.

Wisconsin Dells Elm Street Closure Project - Public Land Give Away

City of Wisconsin Dells participants working on the Wisconsin Dells Elm Street Closure Project are awaiting a response from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation on their grant application.  This involves the closing of Elm Street in Down Town Wisconsin Dells to motor vehicle traffic and conveying the public owned land that is used as a City parking lot to the private business operator placing a wizard amusement in the Chalet building.

The City Council members have all voted in agreement to accepting the grant if offered and assuring the Wisconsin Dells Elm Street Closure Project will occur.  A development agreement will describe the details of the Public Land being given to the private business operator placing a wizard amusement in the Chalet building.

The Wisconsin Dells Elm Street Closure Project is being presented to the local residents as a once in a life time opportunity to grow the local economy.  This establishes a clearly documented precedence for future private business operators looking to locate in the Down Town Wisconsin Dells commercial district.  The conveyance of public owned land to the private business operator is an expected occurrence.

New Convention Center Ready To Host Gatherings Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells

The new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort is getting ready to host large gatherings.  Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place is an online multi-sided economic platform being developed to assist the attendees with getting their needs met.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place is a mutually beneficial community intervention in that local business operators can list their offerings to the convention attendees - while the attendees can match the services with their needs.  This assists the convention organizer by increasing the number of attendees committing to come for the scheduled gathering.  This extends the reach of the convention center which helps attract larger sized groups.

Visitation numbers can be attributed to promotional efforts.  Expect utilization calculations to be monitored for the purpose of demonstrating a measure of value to the Wisconsin Dells community.  Recall the investment of public resources being assigned to support the success of the new convention center:

- 10 million dollars for the construction of the convention center

-  millions of dollars for J1VISA housing to staff the new convention center

- millions of dollars to get new franchise hotels near by to better serve the attendees

- a larger new law enforcement building to staff additional officers needed with larger groups of visitors and more staff

The Wisconsin Dells area has invested a lot of public resources to support the success of the new convention center.  Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB is a community partner serving the tourism, travel, and convention industries promotional needs.

Milwaukee DNC 2020 and Wisconsin Dells

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB has contracted with Infoteyes Advertising Promotions who is using the copyright Place Making Process - Connecting Commercial Clusters to invite Milwaukee families who rent out their dwelling through Airbnb or Vacation Rental By Owner during the Democratic National Convention July 13- 16 , 2020 to come stay in Wisconsin Dells during  this time.

The Village of Lake Delton has been giving franchise hotel operators millions of dollars in incentives to locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This assures the Milwaukee families who help accommodate the Democratic National Convention guests by renting out their dwelling will have access to over night lodging in the Wisconsin Dells area.

The Wisconsin Dells area business community is completely dependent upon Democratic policy that has supported the ability of work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country to live in Wisconsin Dells and help with tourism efforts.  The Wisconsin Dells business community depends upon Democratic immigration policy to economically function.   Wisconsin Dells ceases to function without the Democratic immigration regulations that assure access to out of Country staff.

Wisconsin Dells is positioned to play an important role in the success of the Milwaukee 2020 Democratic National Convention July 13-16.

Wisconsin Dells Labor Is Critical Lack

The critical lack across the Wisconsin Dells area is labor.  Business is short staffed and scared.  The community has invested millions of publicly collected dollars into private business enterprises to grow the local economy.  These large tourism focused business modals need staff that the local population is completely unable to fill.

To compensate the Wisconsin Dells area has given millions of publicly collected dollars to property owners to construct new housing for work experience travelers coming from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program to support local tourism efforts.  The Wisconsin Dells area has constructed new housing for over 4500 individuals to come from outside of the Country and help with tourism business modals.

The United States Administration of the Federal Government has aggressively enacted legislation that restricts legal immigration.  Fewer and fewer families from outside of the Country are willing to allow their loved ones to travel in to Wisconsin Dells through the J1VISA Immigration Program for fear of being detained and transported to an unknown location despite having a legal passport.   This has become more risky when you consider the individual typically has very little money - making even a bus ride out of reach.

The critical lack of labor means larger tourism business modals are short staffed - this applies directly to the consumers perception of quality.  This high cost of importing labor from outside of the Country has contributed to the much higher than normal business lease failure rate across the Wisconsin Dells area.

The Wisconsin Dells areas single focus on tourism creates a fragile economic climate that results in stronger indications of poverty at the slightest down turn.  The federal driven restrictions on legal immigration has created change across the Wisconsin Dells business community.

Kalahari Wisconsin Dells New Convention Center Offers Room To Roam

The new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort displayed banners during construction that indicated 212 thousand square feet of internal space.  This provides convention attendees with plenty of room to roam and network.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place is an online multi-sided economic platform being developed to support convention attendees during their stay in Wisconsin Dells.  The Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place will enable local business operators to communicate their offerings to attendees.  This delivers the sense of autonomy attendees enjoy with getting their needs met - which improves quality scores on the exit evaluation performed by the convention organizers.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place will facilitate the ability of individual business operators to embed their listings with fiscally safe financial services like paypal to preform transactions in real time.  This will move convention center dollars in to the Wisconsin Dells community at a much faster rate.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place is mutually beneficial in that the service extends the reach and credibility of the new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort.  This means Wisconsin Dells business operators who post on the Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place will be contributing to the success of the new convention center.

Wisconsin Dells De-Values Land Down Town

The City of Wisconsin Dells Elm Street Closure Project has a profound influence on the communities perception of  the value of land in Down Town.  Elected officials are working to donate the public parking lots and the real estate beneath Elm Street to a private business operator.

This sends a clear message to the real estate buyers - land in Down Town Wisconsin Dells has no value.   Public land is being given away at no cost - this creates a public record used to inform business operators during negotiations with future land dealings.

This well documented very public undertaking reinforces business fears associated with the down ward revenue swing being verbalized across the Wisconsin Dells community.

Wisconsin Dells Embraces Wizards, Magic, and the Occult Sciences

Wizards, Magic, and the Occult Sciences will be the focus of Down Town Wisconsin Dells.  The City of Wisconsin Dells varied committee members are working with the Wisconsin Economic Development Authority process to close off Elm Street and create a wizard themed outdoor plaza.

The Chalet building will be transformed in to a wizard amusement.  The City of Wisconsin Dells will convey the back parking lots and a portion of Elm Street over to the private business operator.  Elm Street will function as an outdoor plaza with a magical wizard theme.

This will tie in with the haunted houses and ghost boat tours designed to entertain visitors with experiences that mimic contact with the dead.  Alchemists mix potions with cbd oils for the visitors to purchase.  Travelers practice divinatory arts working together to solve the mysteries that have been embedded in the Wisconsin Dells area escape rooms.

Huge bill board style murals communicate the essence of magic that resides within the images -only to linger in the imaginations of the visiting families.  Knowing like attracts like -expect individuals seeking the elements that align with wizardry, magic and the occult sciences to travel in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

The rich sharing of ideas will create a bountiful harvest as the Wisconsin Dells area will be positioned to generously expand visitation during the Halloween holiday season.  This moves the temple from the long forgotten past out upon the neighborhood streets of Wisconsin Dells.

Can Lake Delton Finance Committee Adapt A More Diverse Distribution Process For Monetary Incentives

The business community is questioning why the Lake Delton Finance Committee cannot adapt a more diverse distribution process for monetary incentives.  The Village of Lake Delton Finance Committee gave the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars.

The business community is questioning why a sum this large could not be distributed among multiple operators - delivering a broader benefit across the Wisconsin Dells area.  Suggestions include assisting the business operators with the necessary documentation and providing 20 locations with 500 thousand dollars each.

The more diverse distribution of this public money would incentivize the construction renewal needed to upgrade the structures the community relies on to serve the 4 million annual visitors each calendar year.  The partnering with private business enterprises through the gift of public money should include volunteer assistants capable of completing the necessary documentation for the local approval process.

This means a greater transparency with the gifting activity being performed by the Village of Lake Delton Finance Committee.   This is about creating the opportunity for a stronger engagement from the Wisconsin Dells Area business operators to amplify the ongoing effort to grow the local economy.

The business community expects to see more operators receiving gifts of money from the Village of Lake Delton Finance Committee.  The business community expects to see the availability of documentation coaches who can help an operator through the documentation and approval process.  This activity is in the future of the tourist industry across the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Business Community Pro - Immigration

The City of Wisconsin Dells and the Village of Lake Delton business operators are pro- immigration.  The Wisconsin Dells area lacks the population to staff these tourism business modals - making the business community dependent upon people who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Programming to staff their business locations.

The Wisconsin Dells area employs more than 4500 work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program - and we need twice that many.  City of Wisconsin Dells and the Village of Lake Delton have elected officials and committee members who have been in place for many years.  This stasis - non-,movement of elected officials and committee members has created an individual lens they all use when budget planning.

This has assured the bulk of public money at the local level is being assigned to support an ever larger flow of individuals  who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program to support the local tourism business modals.  This is costly.  The Village of Lake Delton recently gave Noah's Ark 1.5 million publicly collected dollars to build new housing for 600 individuals who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program to live on Lake Avenue and help staff the tourism business modals.

This activity has become increasingly more risky as the Administration of the Federal Government is continuing to enact regulations that restrict legal immigration.  Some Countries have distributed travel warnings to citizens advising them to post pone any travel in to the United States with the recent mass shootings.  This contributes to a drastic drop in the number of people from outside of the Country willing to enroll in J1VISA Immigration Programming that enables them to come live in Wisconsin Dells and support tourism efforts.  This means the Wisconsin Dells area will need to spend more public resources on the effort to bring workers from outside of the Country - this is money the community does not have.

The sole focus of local elected officials who spend all our public money on private business enterprises that require us to spend more on bringing people from outside of the Country to staff them has diminished the Wisconsin Dells areas ability to compete.  The single minded spending at the local level has taken the precious public resources the Wisconsin Dells community needs to compete for residents, economic development, and Federal and State funding.

The municipalities who create budgets that align with the thinking of elected officials have seen low revenue with building permits.  Municipalities funding sources just cannot keep pace with the increasing expenses.  The service departments have requests way beyond local staff capacity with the exceedingly growing population of work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country to live in the Wisconsin Dells area - but cannot be counted as citizens on census counts that apply to funding levels. The rate on the premier resort tax is at a State high - and the year round residents are stuck paying in to this.

In the mean time the high cost of importing our labor from outside of the Country has created a business lease failure rate in the Wisconsin Dells area that is much higher than normal.

Convention Center Means Wisconsin Dells A Major Site For J1VISA Immigration Program

The new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort means a ton more year round jobs.  The Wisconsin Dells area does not have the population to staff these tourism business modals.  The Wisconsin Dells area is completely dependent upon the Federal J1VISA Immigration Programming to staff the varied business modals designed to serve travelers.

The Wisconsin Dells area has invested millions of publicly collected dollars to build new housing for the work experience travelers coming from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program to live and work in the Wisconsin Dells Community.  The elected officials in the Wisconsin Dells area assign the bulk of local public money toward the effort to keep work experience travelers coming from outside of the Country to live in Wisconsin Dells and support the tourism efforts.

The new convention center will operate year round and serve huge regional - national groups.  This will enable the Wisconsin Dells area to provide much more employment for the workers willing to come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program and live in Wisconsin Dells.  This moves the placement of the Wisconsin Dells higher on the list of locations work experience travelers can come from outside of the Country and live - which means a stronger enrollment of year round J1VISA Immigration Program workers.

When the Wisconsin Dells area is able to attract larger numbers of work experience travelers through the J1VISA Immigration Program - you will see business operators keeping their location open longer outside of the summer tourist season.  Business operators in the Wisconsin Dells who are able to attract more of the J1VISA Immigration Program workers to staff their location in the off season could see an opportunity for a higher annual profit calculation.

The new convention center interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort will deliver the year round employment designed to attract larger numbers of work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country to live in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Wo-Zha-Wa Festival September 13-15 -2019

The Wisconsin Dells area is busy preparing for the Wo-Zha-Wa fall festival scheduled for September 13-15 - 2019.  Soon the Wisconsin Dells area will have a new promotional option that is expected to improve visitation.  This broader reach is anticipated to increase the number of vendors participating as well - which will improve the visitors shopping experience.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are developing an online multi-sided economic platform.  This will enable Wisconsin Dells enterprises - like the Wo-Zha-Wa fall festival committee to advertise their opportunities to more individuals who come in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

This will be called the Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Market Place and will be an innovative way for a committee with tight resources like the Wo-Zha-Wa fall festival group to promote their enterprise.  The employment of technological changes has enabled the Wisconsin Dells area to participate in stronger promotional products being made available through the staff at Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB.  Wishing you all a fun Wo-Zha-Wa fall festival here in Wisconsin Dells!

Hefty Community Investments Build New Wisconsin Dells Convention Center

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are so proud of the new convention center the Wisconsin Dells community has invested so much to make it all work.  This is the new convention center Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.

The Village of Lake Delton gave the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

The Village of Lake Delton has been giving millions of dollars to franchise hotel operators to locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This is to assure adequate available over night lodging for the large groups gathering at the new convention center.

The Village of Lake Delton has given millions of dollars to property owners who agree to build new housing for the work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Programming to staff this resort and convention center.

The Village of Lake Delton has broken ground on Alcan and Miller to construct a new law enforcement building which will be closer to the new convention center.  This includes the replacement of Alcan drive as additional law enforcement officers will be using this roadway with the larger groups and many more staff living in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are developing an online multisided economic platform to serve the needs of the convention attendees coming in to the Wisconsin Dells area for a gathering.

The entire Wisconsin Dells community is adding tremendous resources to help make the new convention center Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the popular Kalahari Resort a successful public - private enterprise.

Largest Wisconsin Dells Economic Driver

The largest economic driver in the Wisconsin Dells area is the new convention center Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the Kalahari Resort - I cannot say that without having the Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Marketplace come to mind.

The Village of Lake Delton gave the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

To support the success of the new convention center the Village of Lake Delton has given financial incentives to franchise hotel operators who locate in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This assures adequate hotel rooms are available for convention center attendees seeking over night lodging.

The Village of Lake Delton has been providing financial incentives for property owners who construct new housing for the work experience travelers coming from outside of the Country to support tourism efforts in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This helps support the staffing needs of the new convention center.

The Village of Lake Delton is clearing land on Alcan and Miller to construct a law enforcement building.  This location is closer to the new convention center - and accommodates the additional officers that the community will need with the large new population of convention attendees and staff.  This includes the money to replace Alcan drive - the officers will use this road with the new law enforcement building.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB staff are developing an online multi-sided economic platform to support the new convention center Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the Kalahari Resort.  This digital application will enable convention attendees to get their needs met with the Wisconsin Dells area business services more easily on their convention stay.

The huge amount of public resources and local support indicate this new convention center Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway at the Kalahari Resort - I cannot read that without having Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Marketplace come to mind- is the largest Wisconsin Dells economic driver.

Wisconsin Dells Parkway Smell The Chlorine

With the recent hot days the water slides along the Wisconsin Dells Parkway are packed with visitors.  Families with towels and swim suits can be seen walking the sidewalks towards the Mount Olympus's large area of water amusements.

Poolside chairs give parents the opportunity to relax as the kids keep the party going.  Noah's Ark king cobra water slide is visible from the Wisconsin Dells Parkway.   The many water slides along the Wisconsin Dells Parkway deliver a destination amusement for families seeking summer fun.

The smell of pool water chlorine is in the air.  The suits are on and the sun glasses are optional.  These water parks attract strong visitation that keeps families coming back to the Wisconsin Dells area.  Bright summer colors with heavily populated areas communicates Welcome to Wisconsin Dells Fun.

Free Parking Expectation Wizard Amusement Wisconsin Dells Elm Street

The new Wizard amusement seeking property in down town Wisconsin Dells near the Chalet Bowling Lanes will expect their customers to receive free parking.  This project will need Elm Street to be closed and developed by the City of Wisconsin Dells as an outdoor plaza.

This project will need the parking lots behind the Chalet Lanes to assure their customers adequate free parking will be available.  Populating this type of amusement will require adequate free parking be available for their customers.

The Down Town Wisconsin Dells has had two very bad years due to the road construction that acts as a barrier for visitors trying to access the open businesses.  This simply means the commercial district is much more vulnerable and will likely hand over the public resources the Wizard Amusement project managers have been asking for.

Other long time down town Wisconsin Dells business modals who have been asking for free parking for their customers will just have to understand that this is a once in a life time great opportunity - and it would be best if their customers just kept paying for parking.

ICE Grabs 700 in Mississippi Making Wisconsin Dells Scared

ICE is the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Department of the United States Government.  ICE has detained 700 people in Mississippi making the Wisconsin Dells area very nervous.  ICE forces local involvement to protect those immigrating to the Wisconsin Dells area through an approved Federal process.

The Wisconsin Dells area is a well known haven for those entering the United States through non-approved means looking for work.  The Wisconsin Dells area has a well documented labor shortage that facilitates immediate employment for those seeking work.

The Wisconsin Dells area is a J1VISA Immigration Program site - millions of local public dollars are invested to provide new housing for people immigrating from outside of the Country to come in to Wisconsin Dells to support tourism efforts.

The Wisconsin Dells area is home to more than 4500 work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Program to support local tourism efforts.  The Wisconsin Dells area actually needs twice that many workers- meaning all business modals have vacant positions available.

The Wisconsin Dells area has been using public resources to build new housing for workers from outside of the Country who come through approved processes.  This includes staffed onsite guard like buildings that monitor the J1VISA Immigration Program workers presence in the Wisconsin Dells community.  The Village of Lake Delton has invested  resources in a new cloud based internet service that connects all public service departments enabling the organization of data through all interactions of each individual department -which functions to build a case and comply with ICE regulations.

These are local interventions to help assure the J1VISA Immigration Program participants they are less likely to be picked up and processed in the Wisconsin Dells area with an ICE raid.  Recall ICE does not give the local public service departments a heads up when they are working in the Wisconsin Dells area.  We find out when they are here.

Village Lake Delton Ordinance on Property Incentives Favors Hotel Franchises

The Village of Lake Delton Finance Committee serves Wisconsin Dells area hotel owners who participate in the process created through the local ordinance on property improvement incentives - that provides up to 10k per room to become a location for a national hotel franchise chain.

Hotel owners converting an existing location compare financial analysis results that demonstrate an elevation in revenue post conversion.  Post conversion the franchise hotel owner can then compare actual annual revenue to the projected calculation created through financial analysis.

Village of Lake Delton municipal administration staff can compare financial analysis projections of premier resort tax contributions to the actual premier resort tax calculations paid by the new franchise hotel location.

Sizable differences - deficits in the actual annual revenue and contributed premier resort tax - when compared to the financial analysis projections can be attributed to lack of adequate staffing.  When revenue and resort tax projections formulated through financial analysis are much higher than actual received revenue the low occupancy can be directly related to a lack of adequate staffing.

The Wisconsin Dells area must import their labor from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Programming.  Enrollment from outside of the Country to come work in the Wisconsin Dells area through the J1VISA Immigration Program has dropped measurably.  Hotels in the Wisconsin Dells area have been known to close off whole wings of a building - only taking the number of over night guests the staff can actually serve.

This means hotel occupancy is determined by the available staff which produces a much lower return on investment than the operator may have anticipated.  Simply the function of the hotels capacity to earn revenue is far below the actual potential due to the areas well documented lack of workers.

What Uruguay and Venezuela Travel Warning Means To Wisconsin Dells

Uruguay and Venezuela have issued United States travel warnings - this is urging their citizens to postpone any travel plans to the United States due to the recent deadly mass shootings in Texas and Ohio.  These announcements have a global distribution with implications that adversely effect visitation to Wisconsin Dells.

Wisconsin Dells is a resort community that is dependent upon more than 4500 work experience travelers coming in from outside of the Country through J1VISA Immigration Programming to support local tourism efforts.  The perception of the United States being a safety risk for travelers coming in from outside of the Country can reduce enrollment in the J1VISA Immigration Programming the Wisconsin Dells area is so overly dependent upon.

Families sensing the danger that has been identified causing Uruguay and Venezuela to issue United States travel warnings - can act to prevent their loved ones from coming to the Wisconsin Dells area to help with tourism efforts.  This is devastating to the Wisconsin Dells economy- tourism business modals employ more than 4500 workers who come in from outside of the Country - but the area actually needs twice as many.

This is a very scary time for the Wisconsin Dells area tourism business modals who cannot function without the more than 4500 work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Programming.   Elected officials in the Wisconsin Dells area have invested millions of publicly collected dollars in to economic enterprises that are completely dependent upon the high number of work experience travelers coming from outside of the Country to live in Wisconsin Dells.

This unforeseen set of events has created the global perception that visitors from outside of the Country are not safe in the United States.  This is expected to reduce enrollment numbers in the J1VISA Immigration Programming that staffs the Wisconsin Dells Business modals.

The New Convention Center at the Kalahari Resort Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway is getting ready to serve groups.  Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are busy developing an online marketplace that will enable individual group members to view the many business offerings across the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB staff are developing an online multi-sided economic platform.  This means business operators across the Wisconsin Dells area can display their offerings for your group members questioning if they should attend the gathering you are organizing.

Giving individual group members the opportunity to view the available options can improve response which translates to more people at your organized gathering.   The Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Marketplace adds value to the convention organizing process by distributing current data that enables more individual group members to consume the local services they need to agree to attend the gathering at the new Wisconsin Dells convention center.

The Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Marketplace is a progressive digital service designed to improve the number of individuals in your group who agree to attend the gathering you are organizing at the new convention center.  This means a larger group.

This is a mutually beneficial service that extends the reach of the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort Interstate Exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway - which attracts more groups who are willing to travel to attend a gathering in an area with so much to offer.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB - Online Multi- Sided Economic Platform

The new convention center at the Kalahari Resort - Interstate exit 92 Wisconsin Dells Parkway is getting closer to becoming operational.   The Village of Lake Delton gave the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build this large new convention center.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location capable of attracting a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB is developing an online multi-sided economic platform that will serve the needs of the individual group members coming to the convention center at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.  The online multi- sided economic platform enables the local Wisconsin Dells area business operators to list their products and services for the convention center attendees to view and purchase directly.  Local business operators can embed trusted fiscal providers like paypal to perform financial transactions in real time.  This is about moving convention center dollars across the Wisconsin Dells community at a very rapid rate.

Individual convention center attendees can list their need - for local business operators to respond.  This lends autonomy to the convention center attendees experience which improves quality scores on the exit evaluation-essential for increasing return visits.  Posting their services and products upon the online multi-sided economic platform is a way for all business operators in the Wisconsin Dells area to support the success of the new convention center at the Kalahari Resort.

Wisconsin Dells Closing Elm Street Adding Free WiFi

The Elm Street Closing Project involves blocking off Elm Street to Motor Vehicle Traffic to place the Outdoor Plaza. Expect the Wisconsin Dells Business Improvement District Committee to advocate for the outdoor plaza to be free WiFi enabled.  This would give occupants of the new outdoor plaza wireless online access to the internet with their smartphones and tablets.

The City of Wisconsin Dells would be the pay source for the free WiFi at the new Elm Street Outdoor Plaza.  Recall Wisconsin Dells is home to more than 4500 work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country to help with local tourism efforts.  Wisconsin Dells is a community made up of individuals from around the globe and the way we communicate is through the internet.

Entertainment nightly at the outdoor plaza is free and listed as a benefit for work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Programming  to live in Wisconsin Dells.  This is a free benefit that helps improve enrollment of the J1VISA Program population for the temporary stay in Wisconsin Dells.  This helps encourage more individuals from outside of the Country to come through the J1VISA Program and live in Wisconsin Dells.

Enabling free WiFi is expected to increase visitation to the Elm Street Outdoor Plaza area.  Populating this area enhances Down Town Wisconsin Dells visitation calculations.  Like attracts like - people tend to inhabit space that is well occupied by the community.

Wisconsin Dells BID - Elm Street Closure Project

The Wisconsin Dells ( BID) Business Improvement District Committee meets in the Wisconsin Dells Municipal Building Council Chambers.  The Wisconsin Dells Business Improvement District Committee is coordinating the Elm Street Closure Project.

The Elm Street Closure Project involves applying public resources to close Elm Street to motor vehicle traffic - and constructing an outdoor plaza.  The Wisconsin Dells Business Improvement District Committee will be collaborating with the City Planning Commission, The Public Works Department, and the Finance Committee to establish approval of their initial plan for presentation to the City of Wisconsin Dells Council to close down Elm Street to motor vehicle traffic.

The Elm Street Closure Project will be a costly investment for the City of Wisconsin Dells who lacks monetary resources at this time.  The Wisconsin Dells Business Improvement District Committee will seek to establish authorization for municipality employees to participate in the labor intensive tasks of procuring money through the grant application process.

Please expect the Elm Street Closure Project to be presented to the City of Wisconsin Dells Council  as a golden opportunity to grow the local economy but it is all dependent upon the conveyance of the property Elm Street now occupies.  The absolute only way this once in a lifetime golden opportunity will work for down town Wisconsin Dells means the City must convey the land where elm street now resides.

The Down Town Wisconsin Dells Business District has had two financially devastating summers in a row due to the extensive road construction that acts as a barrier for visiting tourists.  This means the Down Town Wisconsin Dells Business District is expected to be agreeable to any idea that seems to profess the outcome of improving local economic growth.

Wisconsin Dells Has Space For Consumer Activities That Require Stronger Promotion

The Wisconsin Dells area has numerous large spaces for consumer activities that require stronger promotion.  Stronger promotion increases visitation and this is measured with occupancy calculations as part of the utilization review process.  Convention Centers,  Golf Courses, Indoor Gyms, Sports Fields, Concert Halls, Ice Rinks - these consumer spaces all require stronger promotion to demonstrate evidence of profit generating occupancy levels on the utilization review.

Technology today provides more opportunity for promoting - but employing the varied options takes time and effort that belongs in a line of service.  Traditional advertising strategies seem to produce minimal results.   Our ads are in the newspaper and on the local TV channel - but this reach has softened with the high number of media options available to the consumer today.

This simply means one advertising organization or individual promotional product is no longer significant enough to deliver the visitation needed to support these large spaces designed for consumer activity.  The need for promotion is so big it cannot be solved by one organizations approach.  Knowing these larger facilities will require more than one promotional approach it will be beneficial to look at marketing service providers who are comfortable with working with several different agencies on an individual promotional campaign that can continue for a long period of time.

You will want a promotional service provider that is flexible enough to maintain a positive marketing stance while adjusting to the day to day changes.  This is collaboration that assures participation in the ongoing tasks of promotion to demonstrate productivity that adds value to the consumers experience using search engine arrived data packets.

When visitation is dropping - promotion is the solution.  Promotional dollars are tight in an area that is experiencing a drop in visitation.  There is a need for more innovating- cost effective promotional services across the Wisconsin Dells area.   The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.

Wisconsin Dells Utilization Local Investment Grade Amenities

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical space designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.

It will be beneficial to monitor utilization of this huge space.  Extensive proper promotion will be essential to receiving the size of groups that demonstrate evidence of functioning at the higher end of occupancy.  To receive a return on the hefty investment of public resources the new convention center will need to be occupied frequently with very large groups.

Monitoring utilization is an important task when considering future requests for publicly collected dollars to fund a private enterprise.  This applies for all the private amenities that have received public dollars to construct a space.  Simply- on a daily basis how often are the sports fields being utilized at the higher end of occupancy.  This task may quickly rule out the assignment of future public money in to a similar enterprise.

The same will apply to the new convention center being constructed at the Kalahari Resort - on a daily basis how many hours is the space functioning at the high end of occupancy.  This is taking a needs based approach at the community level to requests by private business operators for public money.   The elected official can then demonstrate that this new public - private partnership has created a physical location that is being utilized at the high end of occupancy which would indicate room in the community for another similar business operation.

The elected official may also discover through reviewing utilization records that the new convention center is not functioning any where near the high end of occupancy throughout the year - indicating there is no room for a similar business location in the Wisconsin Dells area.  The need for another does not exist and the elected official has current data to back up there decision not to use public money to fund a similar private enterprise.

Given the huge size ( 10 million dollars) of this investment of public money the community would expect the Village of Lake Delton to have the service in place that evaluates utilization numbers for the new convention center on a scheduled frequency.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.
