1.       Intake and staffing – recommends primary contact in each region to assist with new referrals and ongoing staffing changes.   Focus of ongoing training involves scheduling as relates to pay source, process specific communication, conflict resolution, team building.  Increased hourly compensation.  A lean support practice for a growing service team.

2.       Payroll and claims -  FMS Accounting assume a primary role in payroll and claims.   FMS performs the direct deposit twice monthly payroll process.   FMS works to conduct claims , billing on a twice monthly schedule.   FMS Accounting bills Home Care Path directly for this business to business model of service provision.

3.       Marketing and program development- The web site, App, Blog, Facebook page, Twitter page, Linkedin page, weekly ads in church bulletins, monthly ads in ADRC, placement of brochures, and the Path ALONG coaching sheet continue to be primary advertising activity.   The web site and app need to be updated.  Brochures need to be distributed to select distribution sites.  Ongoing contribution to blog and social media sites to enlarge online content and strengthen search participation is consistently conducted.  Program development involves classifying service boundaries to distinguish higher level tasks that require an appropriate consumer charge.

4.       Contracts and regulatory compliance- group contracts will be evaluated in relation to risk and service cost.  Static contracts requiring participatory control will be monitored across identified levels of capacity.    Fiscal margins will be employed to determine relevant business building activity across the mix of accepted payments for service.   A monetary mean for an individual employee’s ongoing training and supply will be established biannually.

SWOOP Leverage Wisconsin Alzheimer's Data

Swoop provides a patented analysis system that will soon be employed to strengthen Alzheimer's research in Wisconsin.  Swoop is an information technology provider operating in Madison Wisconsin.  The patented Swoop system attaches analytics to search and facilitates a research process free of code writing tasks.

The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Swoop Med LLC, The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, and The Wisconsin Technology Innovation Initiative will collaborate to mine data for treatment patterns that can be implemented to improve the medical diagnostic practices in caring for the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.

The information bank is biometric values collected and stored in the Wisconsin Registry for Alzheimer's Prevention.  The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and The Wisconsin Technology Innovation Initiative have authorized a 385 thousand dollar fund to establish the infrastructure required to conduct the ground breaking research.

This is organized activity designed to specifically attack the very real difficulties being experienced by Wisconsin families caring for an elder with symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.  The staff of Home Care Path find hope for Wisconsin seniors in this progressive approach to Alzheimer's treatment process.
