Home Care Path Reminds Families To Be Aware Of Pets Wisconsin Dells Flooding

Home Care Path's Pet Visit staff is reminding families to be aware of pets in the greater Wisconsin Dells area as the community responds to the flooding emergency.  Flooding often means evacuation and the pets can be displaced as well.

With the severe flooding in the surrounding area -  law enforcement and emergency services do not have the resources to corral any pets that may have fled and are now in danger.  Family members comfortable with animals may find themselves helping with pets gone missing during the flooding.

Pets can become ill from contact with unknown pollutants that travel across the community in flood waters just like humans.  Home Care Path believes pets are family and reminds all of us to try to help each other stay safe during this multiple County crisis.

Home Care Path is an integrated senior care organization established in 2010.  Services include:

- Elder Care Assistants 22.00 dollars per hour

- House Checks 20.00 dollars per visit

- Pet Visits 20.00 dollars per visit

Simply call 608-432-4286 and request the service and an elder resource manager will call you to set up a visit to get started.  Valuing home, animal and human life.

Wisconsin Dells Wellness Tourism Journaling Synchronicity

Wisconsin Dells is ripe for evolving in to a destination capable of delivering experiences that improve wellness and increase awareness.  Retreat style resort delivery often includes journaling as an activity for gaining insight from the memorable vacation experiences.

Journaling today can include clicking on our smart phones and posting our experiences on social media sites. Synchronicity is the act of identifying meaningful coincidences and recording those very thoughts to strengthen the memory.

An example of synchronicity could be seeing and taking a picture of the Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile parked near the Airbnb on your stay in Wisconsin Dells. At the nights end you post the picture of the Wiener Mobile on your favorite social media sites and write about it in your hand written journal.  That night you open the book you have been reading- The Light Between Us by author Laura Lynne Jackson and on page 162 where you had last read it says "she dressed as the Oscar Meyer Wiener- she loved that song- she sang it all the time".

This is a meaningful coincidence that triggers the experiencer to recognize an alignment between seemingly unrelated incidences.  This is a connection that can serve as a sign post to cue the person to focus on the value apparent in the autonomy of every individual's day to day being.

City Maintains Hoards Of Real Estate Lots Wisconsin Dells

The City of Wisconsin Dells has been saddled with performing the maintenance for hoards of Real Estate Lots as the true ownership remains in question.  This has become a frustration for the public who receive no benefit from the property but must continue to shoulder the cost of maintaining.

The process for condemning needs to be updated and comply with Federal and State laws.  Today property is being selected and confiscated using a City employed Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff.   This staff is not self directive - meaning they have not been trained- passed the exam- and listed on the Real Estate State Inspector Registry. This creates selective enforcement meaning condemning is conducted to benefit the City or a party pointing the Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff to the selected Real Estate.

The Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff lack the important knowledge of remedy to meet code activity - the property owner would need to fix the selected problem.  This of course is a means to infringe upon the private property owners rights.  The Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff would need to be able to recite the Zoning Ordinance in question - explain why the code is not being met and how the property owner can remedy the situation to comply with the regulation.

The outcome of the current loose manner of condemning property in Wisconsin Dells translates to a City holding only a piece of the title to a property - and contributing all the cost for the annual maintenance.

Advertizing Considered With Wisconsin Dells Moving Duchess Plaza

With the City of Wisconsin Dells Administration working with local committees on the moving of the Duchess Plaza is it practical to consider the advertising - promotional piece of the gathering space.  This local effort seems to be most about populating the down town Wisconsin Dells area.

When we start to see art murals as an acceptable way to display large billboard style advertising images we can better comprehend the work for the local business operator.  The Duchess Plaza was an attempt to prominently display an advertising tour boat in a manner that would meet community regulations.

The purpose behind the display of the advertising tour boat is to facilitate a gathering place that would improve visitor numbers to the down town Wisconsin Dells.  This speaks to the likelihood of the selection of the next location for the Duchess Plaza being in the down town Wisconsin Dells area.

The size of the space is a secondary consideration - when we agree the purpose is to embed local advertising objects while adding to the population of the down town Wisconsin Dells area.  Simply - business operators do not want to stand in their doorway watching a crowd listen to public funded entertainment.

The task of moving the Duchess Plaza may be the communities opportunity to look more in to how the gathering place can be structured to strengthen the benefits.

Sidewalk Looks Scary Dangerous Wow

A common disconnect at the Municipal level in small Cities like Wisconsin Dells is the dysfunction of planning- zoning- ordinance compliance departments.  The departments can miss their primary regulatory role that acts to secure the safety of the public - which is an ongoing part of community development.

Take for example a planning- zoning- ordinance compliance department working across multiple service providers - immersing themselves in the critical placement of cameras solely aimed at catching an act of graffiti - all while seemingly ignoring the very real danger to the public.

Predictive Analysis Violence Population Change

Predictive analysis is an ongoing task at the community level that organizes data with the focus on preventing violence.  To be effective operational plans that assign the delivery of service need to be fluid.

A key data collection effort involves identifying locations within the community that facilitate change to the population.  Many commercial enterprises depend upon a change in population to maintain fiscal integrity.  Within the nature of a commercial system properly employing their resources to create profit can be identified variables of activity that will translate to a measurable risk of violence within the greater community.

This becomes significant to communities who are now expected to allocate fewer and fewer available resources to efficiently provide the services required to keep the geographical area safe.  How , why and when the population in your community is changing is an important part of calculating a measure of risk for violence.

Predictive Analysis Violence Localized Patterns of Oppression

With the employment of predictive analysis to reduce incidence of violence across a community it is important to pay close attention to localized patterns of oppression.  Oppression creates traumatic experiences that change the way individuals can then feel safe.

Those in the community more in tune with their own feelings can sense when the collective group emotion is becoming more uncomfortable.  Identifying patterns of oppression within the local community is part of this predictive analysis process which quantifies risk for violence.

Linking the pattern of oppression to the history of a violent act delivers evidence of the correlation.  This assigns the fraction of the causation which is beneficial with crafting interventions to prevent further violence.

Predictive Analysis Focus Violence Informs Community Growth

Predictive analysis involves mining existing data banks for the purpose of gaining insight in to the probability of future acts of violence.  Violence includes shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide.  This organizes essential information required to properly manage the cost of community growth.

Shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide involves the employment of resources many Wisconsin communities do not have available.   Predictive analysis focused on violence is a form of prevention designed to save the community precious public money.

Predictive analysis is an ongoing process that can more accurately assess risk of undesired violence within a community.  The private business modals benefit by proactively decreasing risk and eliminating non- operational time periods.

This lends scientific weight to the City Counsel Meetings performed for the purpose of placing a new business within the community.   Home Care Path is a senior care organization with a history of successfully serving Wisconsin families since 2010.

Predictive Analysis Community Intervention For Increased Violence

Predictive analysis involves mining existing data banks for the purpose of gaining insight in to the probability of future acts of violence.  Violence includes shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide.

Every community is unique and will have varied data available for this style of intervention.   The analysis identifies patterns of injury and violence to geographical areas and those most impacted.

The findings inform community organizations working to reduce violence across the community.   This is helpful in defining the current level of response to critical incidence of violence and determine the effectiveness of the existing style of response.

This creates an opportunity for the community organizations invested in reducing violence to build protocols that seem to work.   This moves the community much closer to the root problems driving the violence which are often listed as unaddressed trauma, and limited opportunity for living wage.

This approach can be instrumental in working across disciplines to facilitate rapid treatment options for addictions.  Having an agreed upon plan of coordination for those suffering with addiction can improve outcomes which will be an important evaluation benchmark when applying for Federal and State funding.

Moving Wisconsin Dells School Impact Safety Near Bridge

Will the idea of moving the school have an impact on safety concerns near the Wisconsin Dells Bridge?   From a community health stand point the Wisconsin Dells bridge area could benefit from some interventions.  Consider the following safety concerns:

- Motorists driving in to the Down Town Wisconsin Dells while on the bridge express difficulty seeing the pedestrians peeking out with attempts to cross the four lanes of traffic from the parking lot

- The bike lane stops abruptly on the bridge causing bicyclists and motorists to be flung together with no time to react

- There is side walk space on the out going half of the bridge only

- Lack of lighting reduces night visibility

- Large employers hosting work visas will have individuals at varied levels when it comes to understanding road signs and safety recommendations

Do we as a community feel like more students could begin to travel the bridge if we decide to move the school?
