Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Road Side Wild Life

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  The community is hoping the new convention center can be operational within the last quarter of 2019.

Many of the visitors take the short cut from Kalahari Drive to Bunker Drive down County Trunk A in to Historic Down Town Baraboo.   A benefit to this short 6 mile drive is the opportunity to view the road side wild life.  Deer, cranes, turkey are some of the wild life that call this area home.

Although the animals can appear tame , they are wild.  Visitors are reminded not to come too close to a wild animal due to the risk of harm and exposure to disease.  Historic Baraboo imparts the feel of a traditional American Down Town.  This assures your family members will bring home an enjoyable memory.

The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.  Encouraging visitors to have fun and be safe!
