Wisconsin 1 in 5 Care Giver Positions Vacant - Shortage Crisis

The State of Wisconsin is in a care giver shortage that has reached crisis level.  The latest report published by the Wisconsin Coalition of Provider Associations shows that 1 in every 5 direct care giver positions across the State are currently vacant.

This increasing number of care giver vacancies is occurring at the same time the Wisconsin population is getting older - over 60 years of age.  Wisconsin long term care service providers are pushing referrals away due to lack of staff.

Home Care Path operates an elder care assistant program that enables experienced care givers to function more autonomously while supporting them with marketing, payroll, and billing tasks.
