This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.
The Village of Lake Delton has been giving millions of dollars to franchise hotel operators to locate in the Wisconsin Dells area. This is to assure adequate available over night lodging for the large groups gathering at the new convention center.
The Village of Lake Delton has given millions of dollars to property owners who agree to build new housing for the work experience travelers who come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Immigration Programming to staff this resort and convention center.
The Village of Lake Delton has broken ground on Alcan and Miller to construct a new law enforcement building which will be closer to the new convention center. This includes the replacement of Alcan drive as additional law enforcement officers will be using this roadway with the larger groups and many more staff living in the Wisconsin Dells area.
Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB Staff are developing an online multisided economic platform to serve the needs of the convention attendees coming in to the Wisconsin Dells area for a gathering.
