Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II - Out of Country Work Force

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  The Wisconsin Dells area lacks the population to staff these tourism business modals.  The Wisconsin Dells area is dependent upon thousands of work experience travelers coming in to Wisconsin Dells through the J1VISA Program to support local tourism efforts.

Why does Wisconsin Dells business modals being staffed by a huge population of work experience travelers coming through the J1VISA Program mean visiting tourists need more online sources of local information like Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB?  The work experience traveler comes in to Wisconsin Dells with a VISA that facilitates 90 days of work and about 30 days for travel.  This means the individual staffing the local business modal  has been in the area 90 days or less.

This 90 days is not enough time to give the work experience traveler adequate knowledge of the geographical area.  Visiting tourists are being encouraged to consult online information sources like Wisconsin Dells Conventions HUB to receive the accurate local knowledge needed to improve their stay in the Wisconsin Dells area.

Wisconsin Dells is now a global community with housing being constructed through public - private partnerships to specifically serve the thousands of work experience travelers coming through the J1VISA Program.  The work experience travelers help shape a more unique stay for the visiting tourist population.

Wisconsin Dells is able to show the rest of the Country and the World that this is a place that embraces diversity, inclusivity, and young people.   The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.
