The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups. The Round Rock Texas location is hoping to be operational by November 2020. Contributions from the Wisconsin Dells location will enable the new Kalahari Resort in Round Rock Texas to transition to a functioning business operation quite rapidly.
The Round Rock Texas location is similar to the Wisconsin Dells Kalahari Resort - but varies in size, attractions, lay out, and number of available rooms. The Wisconsin Dells community is anxiously awaiting the opening of the new convention center. The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.
