Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II Vehicle Flow

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center ( 212 thousand square feet) capable of serving large regional - national groups.  Every convention organizer knows - the larger the group , the greater the need for area specific information, and the more lengthy the negotiations.

Traffic flow is a variable contained within the measure of quality secondary to the opening of an over flow room block at another hotel.  The underlying value is the quantity of time in the vehicle to the auditorium.  In Wisconsin Dells the heavy summer tourist traffic, or snowy icy winter roads, can result in the convention attendee spending an inordinate amount of time in a vehicle between the convention facility and their lodging.

The perceptions that accompany a convention attendees stay in an off resort hotel location can influence over all quality measures that play a role in determining a return to the area.  This suggests that delivering access to this area specific knowledge can inform expectations which can proactively promote a positive perception.

The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.  This includes implementing the digital structure that can enable the convention organizer and the group to make an informed decision about such an important selection.
