Wisconsin Dells Convention Hosting Stage II Finer Granulation

The Village of Lake Delton has given the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to construct a ( 212 thousand square feet) convention center capable of serving large regional -national groups.  The Wisconsin Dells area has entered stage II of the convention hosting industry.  Essential to the success of this new effort is the development of a strong digital structure designed to communicate with convention organizers.

Convention facilities work with convention organizers who represent non-local groups searching for a venue.  Convention facilities serve the visiting population while the event is scheduled.  The digital structure serves the convention organizers by providing packaged data aimed at improving the outcome across the event.

Thorough convention organizers will require access to accurate data to form a more detailed picture of the area - this is finer granulation.  This is having the digital content in place to assure a comprehensive approach to negotiating for a convention contract.  Convention organizers will be expected to understand the percentage of on resort site amusements that are indoor verses outdoor,  access to a natural body of water, proximity of major roadways , and much more.

Wisconsin Dells Conventions Hosting Stage II is a digital piece of an online process developing to support the work of professional convention organizers who will bring large new groups of visitors in to the Wisconsin Dells Area.   This digital structure helps assure a successful operation of the larger convention center which improves the ability of the Village of Lake Delton to earn a return on their hefty investment of 10 million publicly collected dollars.
