What Business Owners See Looking At Wisconsin Dells Commercial District

If you are a business owner questioning what time it is in your growth and development as it relates to City of Wisconsin Dells Municipal policy please consider this general representation :

- The property owners depreciation on improvements has been exhausted

- The property next door has been purchased - creating a larger parcel  to enhance the financial presentation

- In the absence of traditional lenders willing to provide credit the property is graveled and fenced

- The business owner feels stuck

Does this mean existing municipal policy supports this undesired outcome?

Existing Municipal policy:

- Limits ground up development

- Reacts to business efforts by adding barriers

- Sends an employee to prowl for gottcha visits that add unplanned for financial burden

- Fosters unhealthy relationships (favoritism) between the few business operators that remain

- Removes creative - individuality with proven advertising means

Does it have to be like this?

This is the commercial district climate the population has chosen to operate in - but it does not produce the outcomes the land owners, business owners, and visiting consumers desire. Please vote Louis Kutzke for mayor of the City of Wisconsin Dells on April 3rd - the pro-business candidate
