City of Wisconsin Dells staff, service departments, and community organizations have been working around this Municipality rather than with them for quite some time. Emotional distancing is now the norm - and people have become locked in to protective mode.
Louis Kutzke has a more supportive style of working - which is far different than the authoritarian posture being observed. The next mayor will need to break through this current dynamic to help alleviate these divisions and improve innovation- which is essential for a community to effectively grow and flourish.
