Monday November 14, 2016 the City of Wisconsin Dells Plan Commission will conduct a Public Hearing for the Riverwood Eagle's Nest LLC Senior Housing Development. This is a significant sign post that moves this well accepted anchor development in to the City of Wisconsin Dells.

This is an advanced application of senior living solutions aging boomers have come to expect.  The development includes 60 to 90 assisted living apartments,  24 memory care residences, 77 apartments, and a building with 38 units.  These improvements to the property will include common elements for wellness meetings, spa amenities, social, and recreation.  The operation will include contracts with certified health care providers, and be embedded with easy access to food and beverage.
