Forms of ID Credit Repair Nerds Wisconsin

Credit Repair Nerds Wisconsin will request three forms of identification to conduct the established credit repair process.  The identification facilitates interface across credit data collection and storage sites.  The credit bureau's have approved the following list of forms of identification:

- Driver's license
- Social Security Card
- Utility bill like water, gas, electric, cable, or phone bill
- Tax return
- Auto Insurance Card
- Birth Certificate

Your Credit Repair Assistant will make a copy of 3 forms of identification and fax them in to the corporate facility.  This begins construction of the individual's secure online portal.  The identification will be needed throughout the deletion process.

The secure online portal allows participating consumers to check their own credit files for changes anytime and from anywhere.  Credit repair involves advocacy across secure data exchanges to better manage the system used to collect and communicate personal information.
