CNN Ain't Dishin It Out In Wisconsin

Broad casting practices share a similar template to the health insurance industry.  The idea of contracting with regional services for the benefit of large populations.  Disputes between Dish Network and CNN (Turner Broadcasting) has left the Wisconsin Dish consumer without access to the news station CNN.

This contract negotiation abruptly separates the Wisconsin (consumer) viewer from the content (information and advertising) presenters.  The change is not seen as an option but as a loss.  The viewers and the broad casting employees experience the bulk of the undesired fall out.

This has a familiar ring.  The Health Insurance Plan is unable to secure a contract with the Health Care Centers providers.  The contract negotiation abruptly separates the Wisconsin (consumer) patient from the medical (hospital clinic staff) care providers .  The change is not seen as an option but as a loss.  The patients and the medical staff experience the bulk of the undesired fall out.

This is described as an unsustainable delivery model.  The two systems who formed the contract have discovered the business activity can no longer support the delivery of this service.  Understanding the failure lies within the aspects of the contract can help remove a typical blame response from the viewer (patient) and content (hospital- clinic staff) presenter relationship.
