The VA Outpatient Clinic near St. Clare Hospital will be moving to a new structure by the first of the year. Veterans have been receiving excellent service through the current location of 626 14th Street, Baraboo WI 53913.
The consistent increase of the number of veterans being served has resulted in the need for a larger clinc building. The new clinc will be located on Commerce Avenue, the 1400 block of South Boulevard, Baraboo WI 53913.
The focus of the clinic practice will remain (community based primary care) the same. The same staff will transition to the new clinic setting. This is good news for veterans and family who appreciate a familiar face. Good Luck on this much needed move.
