In the Wisconsin Dells area three large projects are actively competing between their committees for scarce community resources. The three large projects are:
- Elm Street Outdoor Plaza
- Lake Delton Law Enforcement Building Alcan and Miller
- High School Along Rock Arbor State Park
These three large projects will struggle for the available public resources to bring some form of completion to the efforts. This will include fund raising across the Wisconsin Dells area in varied forms - often described as a voluntary tax.
Families coming to vacation in the Wisconsin Dells area can expect to be asked to contribute to the local projects - fund raising in public places is an accepted practice. The community is hoping the project committee's will work together and share the scarce resources in a fashion that assures all 3 projects get some support.
