Home Care Path Reminds Families To Be Aware Of Pets Wisconsin Dells Flooding

Home Care Path's Pet Visit staff is reminding families to be aware of pets in the greater Wisconsin Dells area as the community responds to the flooding emergency.  Flooding often means evacuation and the pets can be displaced as well.

With the severe flooding in the surrounding area -  law enforcement and emergency services do not have the resources to corral any pets that may have fled and are now in danger.  Family members comfortable with animals may find themselves helping with pets gone missing during the flooding.

Pets can become ill from contact with unknown pollutants that travel across the community in flood waters just like humans.  Home Care Path believes pets are family and reminds all of us to try to help each other stay safe during this multiple County crisis.

Home Care Path is an integrated senior care organization established in 2010.  Services include:

- Elder Care Assistants 22.00 dollars per hour

- House Checks 20.00 dollars per visit

- Pet Visits 20.00 dollars per visit

Simply call 608-432-4286 and request the service and an elder resource manager will call you to set up a visit to get started.  Valuing home, animal and human life.
