Wisconsin Dells Reconfigures Oak Street 2 Lessen Employers and Workers

Your candidate Louis Kutzke for mayor of Wisconsin Dells has extensive experience managing risk across the regulatory landscape. This work entails navigating lots of moving parts that function to comprise the health insurance and medical regulatory delivery systems. This involves engaging participants of the decision making process to assure a beneficial outcome for the user population.

In the City of Wisconsin Dells from the benefit of viewing after the passage of much time we can see the massive reconfiguration of Oak street between Broadway and Washington Avenue is now home to less employers and less workers.  We are in the later stages as 2 of the operating business owners have acquired the adjoining property to create a larger parcel.  This activity delivers an immediate boost to the business operators assets.

Less employers and less workers means less local trade and limits the opportunity for the Municipality to capture more of the summer visitor dollars.  This asks the reader where oh where is the return on investment - as these Municipal endeavors have proven costly.

Managing risk is an important skill for the mayor to employ - especially in times of limited resources.  This work would entail navigating lots of moving parts that function to comprise the Federal and State regulatory systems.  This involves engaging participants of the decision making process to assure a beneficial outcome for the residents of the City of Wisconsin Dells.

Please vote Louis Kutzke for mayor of the City of Wisconsin Dells on February 20th in the primary election and then again on April 3rd in the general election.  Pictured is Peter Platt and Todd Murray of David Halls Welding Business in 1996 taking the Library Statue off Broadway and to the shop for refurbishing.
