Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest Matching

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  It will be important to communicate how the Home Care Path multisided platform provides digital access for service specific matching.  This is a consumer driven tool designed to benefit the large population working in the growing elder care industry.

Supportive home care is a non-medical service that can be categorized in the Tech Industry as a health related service.  The need for supportive home care is well documented in the Care Coordination literature being followed  by Hospital and Nursing Home Administrating bodies.

Large Electronic Health Record software suppliers have been driven by regulations - a federal mandate in 2009 ordered Hospitals to adopt Electronic Health Records by 2014.  The Home Care Path multisided digital platform is not driven by enacted federal regulations- but rather by the consumer population seeking a faster- better way to find help to keep their elder family member safe in their own home.

The Home Care Path digital platform matches supportive home care workers with families needing staffing in real time.  This is leveraging digital technology to improve a families ability to have their elder safely receive in home supportive care.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest Buyer Seller Over Lap

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  This involves communicating the benefits to the multisided digital platform.  It will be helpful for those reviewing the submission to understand how the Home Care Path digital platform is designed to facilitate buyer - seller over lap.

Buyer- seller over lap is activity where the digital platform is able to steadily convert some of their customers in to providers.  This is growth producing activity that assures over all sustainability.   This digital platform has a cross sided connecting virality - meaning either side brings in both customers and providers.

Example:  A family care (customer) giver needs time off for a wedding and connects with supportive care staff on the digital platform to help out.  The supportive care staff (providers) explain the easy utilization of the digital platform - and when the family care giver's duty to family reaches completion the person offers their service as a provider on the digital platform.  The consumer converted to a provider.  Now marketing their service through the digital platform to their base across social media sites and community connections.

A provider is called on by their family to help with urgent elder care needs.  The provider soon realizes the help needed requires more than one person.  The provider (customer) connects with supportive care (providers) staff through the digital platform to fill the need.   The provider converted to a consumer.  The consumer can now explain the means to access help through the digital platform reaching their base across social media sites and community connections.

The ability to use the digital platform is easily demonstrated - creating cross side opportunities - where either side brings in both customers and providers. This is organically inherent in the utilization process which strengthens the over all digital platforms sustainability.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest Medical Need

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  Part of this will involve communicating how the digital platform will benefit the medical providers throughout the State.

Medical providers are the hospital and nursing homes serving the local community.  This medical delivery is dependent upon Medicare and Medicaid funding to meet their tight budgets.  The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Administrators have enacted regulations that require a patient to present very ill to quality for a paid stay in the hospital - nursing home setting.

The Medical providers - the hospital and nursing home staff realize a patient may need more help at home - but does not present ill enough to be admitted for medical care.  Insurance funds want the patient population spending most of their time recovering at home supported by non-medical staff.  The Home Care Path digital platform creates a way for the patient not meeting level of care to access help for the home setting.

Finding non- medical help at home for a patient discharging from a hospital - nursing home setting has become more important than ever.  The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid have enacted regulations that limit reimbursement for a patient who is readmitted to a hospital - nursing home within 30 days of discharge.  This means the patient that returns to the hospital - nursing home for care within 30 days of discharge - consumes non- reimbursable service.  This is a huge unexpected expense for the hospital - nursing home and can lead to loss of a location.

Medical providers are realizing the responsible tasks of discharge must involve assisting the patient to access non- medical service that can help at home.  The Home Care Path digital platform is an inclusive modal that creates access across underserved areas.  This is a community health intervention aimed at supporting improved outcomes.  This is care assurance at the community level with activity that strengthens reimbursement for local hospital and nursing home providers.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest First Call

Home Care Path is preparing their submission to the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  This involves establishing a digital platform designed to improve a families access to supportive home care staff in real time.

In the senior care industry supportive home care is the first called in to help.  A supportive home care provider can do most anything a family member would do if they could be there.  Supportive home care is non-medical so health insurance does not reimburse for this service.

Supportive home care staff perform the tasks that keep the household running - this assures the elder can remain in their own home.  With the aging of our population the need for supportive home care workers is rapidly growing.

The Home Care Path digital platform will be a technological tool that helps the supportive home care worker and the family with an elder who needs a hand right  now - connect.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest Staffing Stages

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  The submission will involve a digital solution capable of serving consumers throughout the stages of the Supportive Home Care Cycle.

This Home Care Path digital platform will be essential because the consumer's perception of need is the primary factor driving the delivery of supportive home care service.  Implementing the Home Care Path approach lends a logistical foundation to what can be described as an investment for the consumer.

The supportive home care cycle reveals the predictable pattern inherent in all ongoing delivery:

Stage One: Start of care , very few hours for care giver

Stage Two: Too much for one person , requires the addition of more staff

Stage Three:  End of life , need more staff , trying to cover over nights and weekends

The certainty throughout the stages of the supportive home care cycle is the ongoing need to staff the hours that can assure the senior's right to remain in their own home.  Home Care Path is implementing a technological tool designed to support a families ability to procure care throughout the stages of the supportive home care cycle.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Biz Plan Contest Outside Insurance Contract

Home Care Path is preparing their submission to the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  This submission will involve improving family access to non-medical supportive home care outside of the insurance contract.

This is enabling individuals who have experience delivering non-medical supportive home care to offer a cash price for families seeking elder care assistance.  This is a nimble and practical digital platform that can maximize efficiencies serving a population of independent non-medical supportive home care providers.

This facilitates private self pay transactions while strengthening real time matching which improves over all productivity.  The automating aspect of new consumer intake frees up time for the care giver to perform more hours of paid service.

Home Care Path Wisconsin Governors Business Plan Contest Service Coordination

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  Home Based Supportive Care is most poised for a tech disruption lead through service coordination.

Data indicates seniors are projected to make up more than 20 percent of the total United States population by 2029.  Medical system payers describe the costs to be far lower and the outcomes far better from caring for elders in the home setting.

Investment dollars flow toward innovative technology aimed at delivering a service to an elderly population in their own home.  Home Care Path is proposing technological innovation designed to mitigate the negative impact of a lack of family support for an elder choosing to remain in their own home.

Using technology to coordinate non- medical support is more than a social determinant, and is the key to improving medical elder care outcomes.  This digital technological innovation delivers service coordination of non-medical supportive care across the community.

Home Care Path 2019 Wisconsin Governor Business Plan Contest

Home Care Path is preparing their submission for the Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest.  Home Care Path is looking to present the digital development of a system as a service that can improve the lives of a large population.

It will be important to communicate the broad benefit through the submission.  This helps contest decision makers better understand utilization - which is useful in calculating the need.  Utilization and need help contest decision makers make a judgement about sustainability of the modal being presented.

Sustainability means the length of time the digitally developed system as a service would continue to effectively serve the needs of a large population.  This is establishing the foundation for growth within a sector of a market that is recognized nationally.  This is expressing an investment grade quality embedded in the effort that will be required to bring this to the level that assures accessibility by the consumer population.

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Under Served Areas

Home Care Path is happy to report they have been chosen to participate in the second stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  The US Census Bureau calculates the number of people in the United States over the age of 65 will nearly double from 2012 to 2050.  A big portion of this aging population will elect to live out the remaining years of their lives at home.

This means elders residing in the comfort of their own home will need services that can support their choice.  Wisconsin can benefit from a new modal of delivery that can place elder care provision in to the under served rural areas.

Home Care Path has submitted a unique application that produces elder care business operators - who can then provide service in their chosen community.  This is a pragmatic means to assure elder care service is available in these under served pockets throughout the State of Wisconsin.

This involves a multi sided economic digital platform that connects the Care Management Organization, the Aging and Disability County Resource Center, and the medical Hospital and Nursing home to functioning elder care services in the area.  This saves time which is a measure of cost as relates to labor with referrals.

Home Care Path would like to take this opportunity to wish all the participants in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck.

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Aging Population

Home Care Path is happy to report they have been chosen to participate in the 2nd stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Madison Wisconsin.  According to the United States Census Bureau, the number of people in the United States over the age of 65 will nearly double from 2012 to 2050.

A large percentage of this sector will choose to live out the remainder of their lives in the comfort of their own home.  The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics reports the need for services that support an elders efforts to remain in their home will skyrocket through 2026.

Wisconsin is a primarily rural setting that requires those hoping to improve the ability of elders to remain in their chosen location to think beyond the typical delivery modals.  The need is here , the access to service is not yet available.

A key piece of the Home Care Path process is safety.  This is forming connections within the network to assure those working alone are communicating with others for the purpose of checking in.  This is a collaborative approach that is seen as a normal way of performing the tasks for the senior.

Home Care Path plans to implement a unique proprietary blend that " Transitions Care Givers To Elder Care Business Operators" as a service.  This is guiding an individual's efforts to start their own elder care business.   The calculations clearly indicate a high need for this type of organization.

Home Care Path would like to take this opportunity to wish all those participating in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Not Franchise

Home Care Path is happy to report they have been chosen to advance to the second stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  Home Care Path's proposal involves implementation of a unique proprietary blend that " Transitions Care Givers To Elder Care Business Operators " as a service.  This is guiding an individual's effort to start their own elder care business.

How is the Home Care Path approach - different than a senior care franchise?

Franchise modals focus on densely populated areas to secure the contribution mandates - this leaves the underserved pockets which Wisconsin has many - without service.  Home Care Path's approach is less costly than a franchise and supports individual providers who deliver their service close to home.  The business operator can grow at their own speed and stay doing what they enjoy longer.

The Home Care Path style fosters collaboration between individual providers in a competitive market sector.  This assures mutually beneficial interactions in an economic approach that respects long standing anti -trust legislation.

Home Care Path is wishing those participating in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path 2nd Stage Starting Block Social Impact Initiative CMS Medicare Medicaid

Home Care Path is excited to report they have been chosen to advance to the second stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Madison Wisconsin.  An important piece of understanding the benefits to the Home Care Path proposal is looking at the Centers For Medicare and Medicaid regulatory mandates.  The Home Care Path approach supports the ability of hospital and nursing homes to better comply with these relatively new Medicare - Medicaid regulations.  Medicare - Medicaid are the primary insurance pay source for medical care of our elderly population.

Inpatient level of care:

Patients must be very ill to be able to meet the level of care that reimburses a hospital - nursing home for an inpatient stay.  Medical providers need a predictable service they can refer those people who obviously need help but do not quality for medical care.  This population will benefit from the Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative proposal.

Limited reimbursement for re-admission in less than 30 days of discharge:

Medicare - Medicaid does not reimburse a hospital - nurse home for a readmission that occurs within 30 days of discharge.  Hospital - nursing homes must have access to a service that can help when the patient no longer meets level of care and must be discharged home.  Rural community hospital - nursing home total received revenue in tight budgets are more dependent upon Medicare - Medicaid payments.  The non- reimbursement of care in these rural community hospital - nursing homes can create un-sustainable loss.  The service provision being created through Home Care Path's submission to the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative helps reduce non- paid readmissions which assures the facility can continue to maintain operation in that location.

Home Care Path would like to wish all those participating in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path Advances Second Stage Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Communication

Home Care Path is happy to report they have been chosen to advance to the second stage of Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  This stage it will be important to communicate how the business approach will be financially sustainable while creating social benefits across the community.

The need across the community:

Wisconsin's share of people 65 years of age and older was estimated at 895 thousand in 2015.  This number is expected to grow to 1.5 million people in Wisconsin 65 years of age and older by the year 2040.  This is a 72 percent increase that provides evidence of a need for businesses that can serve elderly across the State of Wisconsin.

Where is the social concern:

Elderly tend to be more frequent users of a communities hospital and nursing home resources.  Medicare and Medicaid have released regulations that produce shorter hospital and nursing home stays - expecting the ill to spend more time recovering at home.

How does a family find the help they need for an elder who needs more support at home:

Home Care Path is anticipating this growing need for more support in the home setting for the elderly by participating in a Social Impact Initiative held by Starting Block in Madison Wisconsin.

What is Home Care Path proposing:

Home Care Path plans to implement a unique proprietary blend that " Transitions Care Givers To Elder Care Business Operators" as a service.  This is guiding an individual's efforts to start their own elder care business.

Can this be monetized to demonstrate sustainability:

The new business owners populate the multisided digital platform that adds value by facilitating matches in real time.  This produces a new business data base - that lends itself to marketing analysis designed to foster network efficiencies that reduce cost for both the consumer and the participating operators.

When does this plan to initiate:

A short term plan would be State wide, while the long term plan would be a National expansion.

Home Care Path would like to wish all those participating in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Needs Based

Home Care Path has been chosen to participate in the second stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  Home Care Path has successfully operated a non-medical modal of senior living solutions since 2010 to help Wisconsin elders stay in their own homes longer.

The Wisconsin State Journal Newspaper recently reported the State's share of people 65 and older in 2015 was estimated at 895, 000.  By 2040 the number of people older than 65 living in the State of Wisconsin is expected to be 1.5 million.  This is a 72 percent increase- meaning there is a need for businesses that serve the aging population in Wisconsin.

The Submission to Starting Block Social Impact Initiative involves Home Care Path guiding an individual's effort to start their own elder care business.  This service elevates care givers to business operators. This improves the caregiver turned business operators income, provides more autonomy, and extends the time they can continue to practice.  The new business operator has full advantage of the Home Care Path modal of consumer driven, needs based support that takes a pragmatic approach to keeping a household functioning.

The Home Care Path modal supports individual elder care business operators through an organized network designed to improve a families access to service while helping employees fill vacant hours.  New business operators have the Home Care Path copyright Path Along process designed to reduce hospital readmissions.  Home Care Path has add on revenue streams called House Checks, and Pet Visits, which expand the definition of care to deliver a more comprehensive elder care service.

Home Care Path Chosen to Advance To Second Stage Starting Block Social Impact Initiative

Home Care Path has been chosen to advance to the second stage of the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  Staff are excited to be preparing for the presentation.  This will be an important opportunity to communicate the social benefits of the Home Care Path style of guiding care givers to become successful operators of their own elder care business.

This approach improves a care givers income while extending the time they are able to continue to practice in their chosen community.   This improves the families access to supportive home care while keeping the cost affordable.  This strengthens the community hospital and nursing homes ability to meet their Medicare and Medicaid mandated regulations - improving scores on quality evaluations.  This assures the County referral delivery which is dependent upon operators to function - can continue to successfully serve area residents.

The Home Care Path modal involves an inclusive network that creates cost efficiencies designed to benefit the State's investment of public money.  This is moving care tasks to the proper level of provision - saving public dollars on reimbursement.  This moves provision out in to under served pockets improving access to needed service.  This helps contain household cost through competition in provider dense areas.

Home Care Path would like to wish all the participants in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Care Alignment

Home Care Path has submitted to Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Madison Wisconsin.  Part of the submission involves properly aligning care delivery with skill levels for the purpose of cost savings across the community.

Home Care Path performs a non-medical custodial level of care.  This means the providers can do for an elder most anything a family member would do if they could be there.  This assures the higher level skilled medical providers are not consuming excessive  household dollars to perform tasks that any family member could do.

This is managing limited resources within an individual's practice to assure sustainability for the entire health care delivery system.  An essential piece of this much needed application is guiding an individual's effort to start their own elder care business.  This guidance communicates the important role of the Home Care Path style of business operation which moves direct care tasks to the most cost effective care giver.

Inherent in the process is the cost savings measures designed to strengthen service while supporting agreed upon healing outcomes.   This is an inclusive style that facilitates collaboration for the purpose of improving the quality of home care delivery while conserving limited resources.

Home Care Path is wishing all participants in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck!

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Rural Wisconsin

Home Care Path has submitted to the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative.  A key advantage to the Home Care Path modal is successful experience serving elderly in a rural setting.  This is important because a significant number of the States elderly live in rural areas.

Home Care Path values home and human life.  Many Wisconsin families spend their whole lives contributing to the ability to live the way they want in the place they want.  Home Care Path understands a home and property mean much more than the monetary value varied assessors choose to apply to the residence.

Home Care Path integrates senior living solutions that help support an elders ability to stay at home longer.  The Home Care Path submission involves guiding an individual's efforts to start their own elder care business. This involves linking newly opened care giving business modals to create density across the network.  Density amplifies cost saving efficiencies for both the service provider and the consumer.

This is powerful because it targets documented need while supporting the individual Counties referral dependent delivery.  This approach is expected to strengthen a care givers practice and keep them in the elder care field longer.

Home Care Path would like to wish those participating in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck.

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Submission

Home Care Path has submitted to Starting Block Social Impact Initiative in Madison Wisconsin.  Home Care Path has successfully operated a non- medical modal of senior living solutions since 2010 to help support Wisconsin elders stay in their homes longer.   This is consumer driven , needs based, support that takes a pragmatic approach to keeping a household functioning.

Home Care Path Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Reduce Health Care Cost

Home Care Path has submitted to the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative Madison Wisconsin.  Embedded in the Home Care Path delivery is activity that reduces cost while making a difference in patient care satisfaction.

Mutually beneficial communication is a proactive intervention that facilitates early detection.  This is essential in today's  health care delivery system where shorter patient stays and at home recovery have become the norm.

As medical providers struggle to meet an aging populations need in the rural Wisconsin setting and effectively comply with Federal mandates - Home Care Path's non-medical designation delivers a role that links the consumer receiving treatment to improved outcomes.  This strengthens the patients engagement in the now longer at home recovery process.

This is a consumer driven , care giver employed, approach to bolstering quality assessed outcomes across a large population of commonly shared customers.  This assures the population can use an expanding non- medical supportive care modal as an economically viable way to bolster public medical resources while healing without fear of going bankrupt.  Caregiver led collaboration with new insights designed to improve a hospital and nursing home's efforts.

Home Care Path is wishing all the participants in the Starting Block Social Impact Initiative the best of luck.

Home Care Path LLC Submits StartingBlock Social Impact Initiative Madison Wisconsin

Home Care Path LLC has submitted to the StartingBlock Social Impact Initiative.  The submission involves delivering a service that supports care givers looking to operate their own business.  This is expected to embed greater control for the care giver over their practice which supports longevity in their work.

With the ever increasing number of baby boomers reaching retirement- a high percent of the population can benefit from services that support the seniors ability to stay in the home longer.  Services that support the caregivers efforts to operate their own business should increase the availability of in home help in under served geographical areas.

This non-medical modal bolsters the care givers received revenue which translates to the sustainability of the communities access to care.   This is a mutually beneficial activity that creates value by providing a service that meets an actual need.   This is measured through network created efficiencies that deliver relevance when area health care agencies (hospitals - nursing homes) are assessed on the quality of the service being provided.

After Wisconsin Dells School Referendum - Front Row Seat

This is follow up bullet points to the Wisconsin Dells School Referendum - All is public information made available through the Wisconsin Dells Events Newspaper.

- Voters promised a specific land mass

- Wisconsin Dells School Referendum passes

- Land donor receives 10 million dollar gift through the Village of Lake Delton

- Land donor reduces the donated land

The community is working to understand what this means to the integrity of the project the voters were first asked to agree with?  This is very early on in the post referendum period and more undesired findings can be expected.

Risk of Land Gift - Moving Wisconsin Dells School

Land that is gifted - conveyed will have qualifying restrictions printed upon the contract.  Think of Bowman Park in Wisconsin Dells.  In the original contract the Bowman Park property must be used as a public park.  If the City attempts to use the land for something other than a public park - the property reverts back to the Bowman Family Heirs.

This assures those donating the gift that the land will be used in a way they are intending.  These restrictions limit utilization and extend contractual control in to the future of the Wisconsin Dells students.  It will be beneficial for the greater Wisconsin Dells community to understand how qualifications listed upon the contract to convey the gift of land will limit future use.

Will Wisconsin Dells Move High School Building Across The Bridge

The fragile Wisconsin Dells Down Town commercial district is bracing for additional loss of stable revenue patterns as the community considers moving the High School Building across the bridge.  Total enrollment in 1996-1997 was 1752 students.  Total enrollment in 2016-2017 was 1696 students.

Some are saying there is an under stating of the over all value in choosing the most beneficial location for a new building - that will be so dependent upon City of Wisconsin Dells services.  This location selection appears to be very costly - while diminishing over all benefits across the community.   Are we supporting our students in a way that enriches the over all community by properly employing our ever limited resources.

The City of Wisconsin Dells carries a cumbersome 30 million dollars in Municipal debt.  This increases the City of Wisconsin Dells dependence upon surrounding communities and effects decision making.  The cost to the City services with maintaining a new building on the chosen piece of raw - rustic property is higher than one would expect.

A High School building has an anchor effect on attracting business modals that exist to serve parents and students.  There is a value to a community when a High School building is placed in a location that consumes fewer of the Cities limited resources while bolstering existing business providers annual revenue.

This is written to encourage the voting public to consider the placement of an important building like a High School as a way to support our precious students while enriching the over all community.

Can Heroin User Live Long Enough 2 Try Fentanyl Test Strip

The United States is experiencing a deadly drug over dose epidemic in 2018.  Many of these deaths have been linked to fentanyl - and fentanyl like drugs which are far more potent than heroin.  Fentanyl is inexpensive and being used by the heroin dealer population to cut the heroin - meaning added to the street heroin to stretch amounts - making more profit.

Fentanyl test strips are used medically to test the urine of patients prescribed fentanyl to make sure they are taking the drug.  This is a health insurance regulation attached to prescribing protocols.  Since 2016 staff employed to manage the risk of death associated with the heroin epidemic have been using the fentanyl test strips in a unique fashion.

Staff dip the fentanyl test strips in to the cooker vessels that heroin users employ to prepare the injection. A positive on the fentanyl test strip indicates the heroin batch the user is buying from contains fentanyl and is a far more powerful mixture of substances.

This means the user must prepare greatly smaller amounts to inject to expect to survive having the street purchased substance of heroin - fentanyl in their body.  This is a progressive intervention that has not been readily accepted by the non- heroin user population.  This is a means of  trying to train the street heroin user population how to better understand the risk prior to injecting.

Paranormal Investigation Risk Of Phobia

Phobia is an exaggerated seemingly illogical fear of an object or situation.  Think of the grade school child in gym class who while running black lines trips and hits the wall knocking themselves unconscious.  The revived child is transported to a medical facility - diagnosed with a concussion- and spends about 3 days at home recuperating.  But from this day forward is severely afraid of any gymnasium and begins to panic and become short of breath.  No gym instructor or teacher can seem to put this together - describing the child as difficult.

Paranormal investigation can involve interaction with deceased individuals who often want to describe the manner of their death in the communication.  This can mean receiving glimpses, sounds, smells, feelings of the deceased individuals transmissions.  The paranormal investigator is challenged to sort out this communication and consciously process it in a way that is beneficial for all involved.

The delivery of the service of paranormal investigation is not exact, does not take place in a controlled environment or on a pre-defined limit of time.  This is a scientific way of explaining the deceased will tend to continue to communicate until satisfied with the living receiving the message. Some of the communication can seem traumatic and can instill phobia in the paranormal investigator to the objects or situations being transmitted by the deceased.

Once the paranormal investigator reaches a level of understanding what is really being communicated and the over all purpose - the biological responses that accompany a phobia tend to subside.  The paranormal investigator has more deeply processed and concluded the meaning in the seemingly traumatic communication.

The family who contacted the paranormal investigator may have members who are experiencing this same situation.  This is a piece of the puzzle that has been so often described as a haunting over the ages.

Wisconsin Deer Bow Hunting Season September 15th - moving harvested deer

Wisconsin's annual archery deer season begins September 15, 2018.  Wisconsin has new restrictions on moving harvested deer.  The hauling of whole deer must result in an arrival at a licensed taxidermist or meat processer within 72 hours.

Those who haul to a traditional destination to cut it up and package it may experience a change. So, if the County where the deer has been shot is - CWD Affected - the hunter cannot haul the deer any farther than the County line or adjoining County - unless the meat has been boned out and left behind the brain, spinal cord, and lymph nodes.

Recommending the discarded parts be placed in a container headed for disposal in a clay lined land fill.  These pre-cautions are designed to reduce the spread of CWD across the deer herd.

Community Struggles With Wisconsin Dells Addresses

Locate the Wilderness Resort in the phone book or through google search and the address 511 E. Adams Street, Wisconsin Dells WI 53965 is utilized by Postal Services.  Looking up Noah's Ark Water Park and the address 1410 Wisconsin Dells Parkway Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965 is utilized by the Postal Service.

Analysis indicates the community struggles with the Wisconsin Dells addresses.  The Facebook site - Retiring In Wisconsin Dells is being utilized with applications that facilitate management of online authenticity.  Simply, do the public images of the geographical area support the online marketed presentation.  All this is back room labor.  But was interesting that analysis indicates the population struggles with the Wisconsin Dells addresses.

This in part is the value of original content, that readily lends itself to mining data for analysis.

Assess Water Rescue Capability More Frequent Flooding

The City of Wisconsin Dells has experienced 2 major post spring flooding events.  Wisconsin Dells is a small resort community with many tourist attractions connected to the Wisconsin River.  It is difficult to separate the functioning of Wisconsin Dells from the River that flows through the down town.

The increased frequency of flooding events that can create a hazard for both the residents and the visiting population has the community questioning water rescue capability.  Should we as a community now assess our water rescue capability - to be sure it measures up to the new way extreme weather delivers rapid changes to the geography.

This seems like appropriate activity to assure safety while supporting the Wisconsin Dells dependence upon River tourism.

Guns Not Deter Haunting Presence - Ovilus 5 Experience

Guns do not seem to deter a nonphysical presence.  On September 3, 2018 the Associated Press reported a Ghost Shooting.  A Connecticut man who told police he was a paranormal investigator faces several charges after firing shots in his house at what he told police might have been a ghost.  Christian Devaus 25 of Tolland is due in court on September 11.  Police say Devaux put two bullet holes in his wall on July 26, initially reporting the incident as an attempted break in.  He later told police he believes the intruder was a spirit.

The Ovilus 5 Experience staff report there are numerous words families use to express a haunting.  Below is a partial list of words often used to communicate concern about a haunting:

Voices, Paranormal, Spooked, Scared, Ghosted, Haunted, Spirit, Shadow, Presence, Shown, Shaken, Chills, Stirred up, Yank, Sign, Figure, Phenomena, Touch, Slam, Brush up, Scratch, Creepy, Wraith, Poltergeist

This is a short incomplete list - reminding families that hauntings can communicate through the humans senses to create behavior that is disruptive.

Down Town Wisconsin Dells Real Estate Increased Supply Decreased Demand

Down Town Wisconsin Dells Real Estate inventory levels are increasing rapidly.  Wisconsin Dells used to boast - that if they do not like the business climate they can vacate cause another will fill that spot immediately.  This is obviously no longer the case - as many store fronts in the Down Town Wisconsin Dells remain vacant for years.

The supply of store fronts available for sale/lease in down town Wisconsin Dells has increased and the demand for these store fronts has decreased.  Several factors continue to contribute to the increased inventory levels:

- Higher interest rates

- Changing visitor demographic

- Cumbersome local regulatory structure

- Elevated Municipal debt removing local control

- Disconnect area approach to marketing

- Public Administration expanding service/authority boards to manage fewer and fewer visitor populations

Readers are encouraged to watch as more for sale/ lease signs are posted in down town Wisconsin Dells.

Home Care Path Reminds Families To Be Aware Of Pets Wisconsin Dells Flooding

Home Care Path's Pet Visit staff is reminding families to be aware of pets in the greater Wisconsin Dells area as the community responds to the flooding emergency.  Flooding often means evacuation and the pets can be displaced as well.

With the severe flooding in the surrounding area -  law enforcement and emergency services do not have the resources to corral any pets that may have fled and are now in danger.  Family members comfortable with animals may find themselves helping with pets gone missing during the flooding.

Pets can become ill from contact with unknown pollutants that travel across the community in flood waters just like humans.  Home Care Path believes pets are family and reminds all of us to try to help each other stay safe during this multiple County crisis.

Home Care Path is an integrated senior care organization established in 2010.  Services include:

- Elder Care Assistants 22.00 dollars per hour

- House Checks 20.00 dollars per visit

- Pet Visits 20.00 dollars per visit

Simply call 608-432-4286 and request the service and an elder resource manager will call you to set up a visit to get started.  Valuing home, animal and human life.

Wisconsin Dells Wellness Tourism Journaling Synchronicity

Wisconsin Dells is ripe for evolving in to a destination capable of delivering experiences that improve wellness and increase awareness.  Retreat style resort delivery often includes journaling as an activity for gaining insight from the memorable vacation experiences.

Journaling today can include clicking on our smart phones and posting our experiences on social media sites. Synchronicity is the act of identifying meaningful coincidences and recording those very thoughts to strengthen the memory.

An example of synchronicity could be seeing and taking a picture of the Oscar Meyer Wiener Mobile parked near the Airbnb on your stay in Wisconsin Dells. At the nights end you post the picture of the Wiener Mobile on your favorite social media sites and write about it in your hand written journal.  That night you open the book you have been reading- The Light Between Us by author Laura Lynne Jackson and on page 162 where you had last read it says "she dressed as the Oscar Meyer Wiener- she loved that song- she sang it all the time".

This is a meaningful coincidence that triggers the experiencer to recognize an alignment between seemingly unrelated incidences.  This is a connection that can serve as a sign post to cue the person to focus on the value apparent in the autonomy of every individual's day to day being.

City Maintains Hoards Of Real Estate Lots Wisconsin Dells

The City of Wisconsin Dells has been saddled with performing the maintenance for hoards of Real Estate Lots as the true ownership remains in question.  This has become a frustration for the public who receive no benefit from the property but must continue to shoulder the cost of maintaining.

The process for condemning needs to be updated and comply with Federal and State laws.  Today property is being selected and confiscated using a City employed Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff.   This staff is not self directive - meaning they have not been trained- passed the exam- and listed on the Real Estate State Inspector Registry. This creates selective enforcement meaning condemning is conducted to benefit the City or a party pointing the Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff to the selected Real Estate.

The Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff lack the important knowledge of remedy to meet code activity - the property owner would need to fix the selected problem.  This of course is a means to infringe upon the private property owners rights.  The Zoning Ordinance Enforcement staff would need to be able to recite the Zoning Ordinance in question - explain why the code is not being met and how the property owner can remedy the situation to comply with the regulation.

The outcome of the current loose manner of condemning property in Wisconsin Dells translates to a City holding only a piece of the title to a property - and contributing all the cost for the annual maintenance.

Advertizing Considered With Wisconsin Dells Moving Duchess Plaza

With the City of Wisconsin Dells Administration working with local committees on the moving of the Duchess Plaza is it practical to consider the advertising - promotional piece of the gathering space.  This local effort seems to be most about populating the down town Wisconsin Dells area.

When we start to see art murals as an acceptable way to display large billboard style advertising images we can better comprehend the work for the local business operator.  The Duchess Plaza was an attempt to prominently display an advertising tour boat in a manner that would meet community regulations.

The purpose behind the display of the advertising tour boat is to facilitate a gathering place that would improve visitor numbers to the down town Wisconsin Dells.  This speaks to the likelihood of the selection of the next location for the Duchess Plaza being in the down town Wisconsin Dells area.

The size of the space is a secondary consideration - when we agree the purpose is to embed local advertising objects while adding to the population of the down town Wisconsin Dells area.  Simply - business operators do not want to stand in their doorway watching a crowd listen to public funded entertainment.

The task of moving the Duchess Plaza may be the communities opportunity to look more in to how the gathering place can be structured to strengthen the benefits.

Sidewalk Looks Scary Dangerous Wow

A common disconnect at the Municipal level in small Cities like Wisconsin Dells is the dysfunction of planning- zoning- ordinance compliance departments.  The departments can miss their primary regulatory role that acts to secure the safety of the public - which is an ongoing part of community development.

Take for example a planning- zoning- ordinance compliance department working across multiple service providers - immersing themselves in the critical placement of cameras solely aimed at catching an act of graffiti - all while seemingly ignoring the very real danger to the public.

Predictive Analysis Violence Population Change

Predictive analysis is an ongoing task at the community level that organizes data with the focus on preventing violence.  To be effective operational plans that assign the delivery of service need to be fluid.

A key data collection effort involves identifying locations within the community that facilitate change to the population.  Many commercial enterprises depend upon a change in population to maintain fiscal integrity.  Within the nature of a commercial system properly employing their resources to create profit can be identified variables of activity that will translate to a measurable risk of violence within the greater community.

This becomes significant to communities who are now expected to allocate fewer and fewer available resources to efficiently provide the services required to keep the geographical area safe.  How , why and when the population in your community is changing is an important part of calculating a measure of risk for violence.

Home Care Path is an integrated senior care organization with a history of successfully serving Wisconsin families since 2010.

Predictive Analysis Violence Localized Patterns of Oppression

With the employment of predictive analysis to reduce incidence of violence across a community it is important to pay close attention to localized patterns of oppression.  Oppression creates traumatic experiences that change the way individuals can then feel safe.

Those in the community more in tune with their own feelings can sense when the collective group emotion is becoming more uncomfortable.  Identifying patterns of oppression within the local community is part of this predictive analysis process which quantifies risk for violence.

Linking the pattern of oppression to the history of a violent act delivers evidence of the correlation.  This assigns the fraction of the causation which is beneficial with crafting interventions to prevent further violence.

Predictive Analysis Focus Violence Informs Community Growth

Predictive analysis involves mining existing data banks for the purpose of gaining insight in to the probability of future acts of violence.  Violence includes shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide.  This organizes essential information required to properly manage the cost of community growth.

Shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide involves the employment of resources many Wisconsin communities do not have available.   Predictive analysis focused on violence is a form of prevention designed to save the community precious public money.

Predictive analysis is an ongoing process that can more accurately assess risk of undesired violence within a community.  The private business modals benefit by proactively decreasing risk and eliminating non- operational time periods.

This lends scientific weight to the City Counsel Meetings performed for the purpose of placing a new business within the community.   Home Care Path is a senior care organization with a history of successfully serving Wisconsin families since 2010.

Predictive Analysis Community Intervention For Increased Violence

Predictive analysis involves mining existing data banks for the purpose of gaining insight in to the probability of future acts of violence.  Violence includes shootings, weaponized assault, and homicide.

Every community is unique and will have varied data available for this style of intervention.   The analysis identifies patterns of injury and violence to geographical areas and those most impacted.

The findings inform community organizations working to reduce violence across the community.   This is helpful in defining the current level of response to critical incidence of violence and determine the effectiveness of the existing style of response.

This creates an opportunity for the community organizations invested in reducing violence to build protocols that seem to work.   This moves the community much closer to the root problems driving the violence which are often listed as unaddressed trauma, and limited opportunity for living wage.

This approach can be instrumental in working across disciplines to facilitate rapid treatment options for addictions.  Having an agreed upon plan of coordination for those suffering with addiction can improve outcomes which will be an important evaluation benchmark when applying for Federal and State funding.

Moving Wisconsin Dells School Impact Safety Near Bridge

Will the idea of moving the school have an impact on safety concerns near the Wisconsin Dells Bridge?   From a community health stand point the Wisconsin Dells bridge area could benefit from some interventions.  Consider the following safety concerns:

- Motorists driving in to the Down Town Wisconsin Dells while on the bridge express difficulty seeing the pedestrians peeking out with attempts to cross the four lanes of traffic from the parking lot

- The bike lane stops abruptly on the bridge causing bicyclists and motorists to be flung together with no time to react

- There is side walk space on the out going half of the bridge only

- Lack of lighting reduces night visibility

- Large employers hosting work visas will have individuals at varied levels when it comes to understanding road signs and safety recommendations

Do we as a community feel like more students could begin to travel the bridge if we decide to move the school?

Wisconsin Receives Federal Waiver For Reinsurance

Wisconsin has been granted a Federal waiver to implement a reinsurance program.  The formal signing ceremony is scheduled for Sunday July 29, 2018 in Green Bay Wisconsin.

This is a 5 year reinsurance program with the State committing 34 million dollars annually and the Federal committing 166 million annually.  This is money that will go to health insurance providers to pay about 50 percent of the medical claims that cost between 50 thousand dollars and two hundred thousand dollars.

This is a program designed to attract more health insurance providers to offer plans to the private market place.  The increased number of health insurance plans creates the competition needed to manage pricing which will help stabilize the health insurance industry in Wisconsin.

FDA Wants Common Meds 2B Sold Without Prescription- Retiring in Wisconsin Dells

The (FDA) Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday July 17, 2018 announced plans to make it easier for some commonly used medications to be sold without a prescription.  The new guidelines are being designed to make it more convenient for patients to get medication when needed.

Drug manufacturers are being assigned the task of adding useful information to packaging labels and creating helpful online questionnaires so the patient can better decide if the medication will work for them.

This is a huge money saver and expected to be heavily supported by the Health Insurance Industry.  The FDA is developing guidelines to alter drug manufacturing delivery chains that benefit the patient by removing the time and financial cost that accompanies filling a prescription in the United States.

Elder Could Benefit From Medical Procedure BUT

The elder explained they could benefit from the medical procedure but had several reasons why it would never work.  The medical procedure would require about a 3 week stay in the nursing rehab center and a bit of help when getting back home.

Reason one - I have fish at home and no one will come and feed them on schedule.

Reason two - I cannot leave the house unoccupied cause the neighborhood has changed.

Reason three -  I have to be able to take the garbage out and get the mail and cannot do those things right when get home.

The solution is Home Care Path - which is an organization that integrates services to help an elder keep their house hold on track.

Home Care Path provides the following services capable of meeting the elders changing needs that so often occur with a medical procedure.

1. Pet Visits staff can come on schedule and feed the fish in the elders absence.

2. House Checks staff can come on schedule to check the house in the elders absence.

3. Elder Care Assistant staff can come on schedule to help with chores when the elder returns home but is still recovering.

Facial Recognition Technology Prevent Game Warden From Leaving Boat

Call it facial surveillance - the use of facial recognition technology.  Placing fishing license registration into the same data bank as Wisconsin drivers license information is preparation for facial surveillance.

Using cameras that are connected to extremely accurate image analysis software which enable access to fishing and drivers license collected information simplifies the game wardens tasks of checking fishing licenses.  From the comfort of the boat seat the game warden will soon be able to point the camera at the shoreline individuals fishing and determine who is properly licensed and who is fishing without the license.

On the bright side the individuals fishing should no longer be required to carry their drivers license as proof of a fishing license when out casting for the lunker.

Wisconsin Dells Inverse Relationship Describes New Business Acceptance

The City of Wisconsin Dells being in the late stages of commercial district collapse can describe the inability to accept new business operators as an inverse relationship.  This is the inverse relationship:

As the annual gross resort tax revenue decreases

The inability of existing business owners to accept new operators increases

The new business operators will verbalize the lack of community support and try to label it as protectionism, territorial behavior, or set in their ways.  This is important to understand because the commercial district desperately needs more business operators to help share the tax burden.

For the past several years the City of Wisconsin Dells has experienced a consistent decline in the collected resort tax revenue.  Individual operators have experienced a consistent decline in the average individual transaction total.  This is evidence for the commercial district being in the later stages of collapse.

New business operators hoping to set up in the City of Wisconsin Dells soon discover the very real dynamic of existing business owners being unable to accept new operators.  This dynamic is made worse by the increased number of public employees who selectively enforce seemingly unwritten rules - all designed to make it more difficult for a new business to continue to serve the community.

Wisconsin Dells Highest Best Use Common Shared Public Owned Space

Wisconsin Dells is discovering an important piece of community planning is the implementation of updates designed to improve utilization calculations for public owned property.  Only when the public property is heavily populated - can the highest best use efforts produce a return on investment that benefits a larger portion of the community.

This has become more urgent with the City of Wisconsin Dells huge investment of public money to distribute funds throughout the down town business district - for private operators to increase the value of their real estate.  The highest best use approach to public owned common shared property extends value while supporting the end goal of configuring a more vibrant commercial district.

This means the public owned common shared space must produce utilization calculations that demonstrate evidence for the need of ongoing investment of public collected money.  The City of Wisconsin Dells owned public river dock facilitates the opportunity for the upper Wisconsin Dells river boating community to easily access the new River Front Terrace Bar and Restaurant on Broadway.

A simple assignment of public dock space to accommodate the large population of summer boaters bolsters utilization numbers while leveraging the opportunity for CDA distributed fund receivers to earn needed revenue.

Stuck Motor Boats Alluvial Deposits Wisconsin Dells Slough

The Wisconsin Dells River Road Slough Boat Slip Rental struggles with alluvial deposits with the increased number of flooding events.  The River Road slough is a low lying area along the Wisconsin River that provides reserve space for the more frequent Wisconsin River elevations.

With each high water event brings more unconsolidated sediments which become easily stuck upon the uneven bottom of the Wisconsin River slough.   Motor boats paying to rent space along a pier that extends out into the River Road slough then encounter heavy metal propellers becoming stuck in this muck.  Far from being just aquatic foliage - this is more like pebble, sand, silt, wood, and clay deposits.

It has become more common to hear the loud persistent grind of a stationary boat motor as the renter of the slip hopes to force the unconsolidated sediment off the bottom of the water where their boat is expected to freely float back and forth.  A commonly observed practice is to have one person (less weight) start and free the boat - traveling out toward the launch where those waiting on the pier can load the boat and come aboard.

This is expected to worsen as property owners adjacent to the Wisconsin River pay for excavation that increases the depth of low lying areas to reduce high water creep toward their dwellings.  Property owners with ponds that connect to the Wisconsin River will pay to have the pond dug deeper to better accommodate the additional water and prevent their nearby dwelling from flooding out.

This excavation further un-consolidates water beds which increases sediment release. The repetitive flooding brings the deposits in to the River Road Slough and prevents the bottom from ever being altogether flat.

Ovilus 5 Experience Wolf Reference Romulus and Remus

During an Ovilus 5 Experience the technician kept receiving the word wolf.  The client and technician were unable to make any connection to the repeated word wolf.

The unseen presence can use the Ovilus 5 on dictionary mode to send words which appear on the digital screen.  The term measure of immersion means the unseen presence has sent a message to show they are seeing the same things the human being is able to see in the living space.  This indicates there level of residence in the living space.

Approximately one month after performing the Ovilus 5 Experience in the clients living space the client found an old souvenir fabric woven carry.  Clearly woven upon the exterior of the fabric carry all was the image of a wolf suckling Romulus and Remus.  The client had found the physical object the unseen presence was using the Ovilus 5 to reference to show their level of residence in the living space.

This can be a bit spooky for some individuals to discover that the unseen presence is essentially sharing many of the day to day experiences the living seem to have.  The client is charged 49.00 per hour for an individual technician to come and help.  The technician turns the Ovilus 5 on in dictionary mode and hand writes the received words on paper for the client to keep.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.

Proper Community Assessment City Of Wisconsin Dells

Business operators frustrated with the huge decline in revenue related to the poorly timed implementation of the Down Town Wisconsin Dells road construction have been considering a community assessment.  If we do not have an accurate community assessment of the City of Wisconsin Dells we cannot expect policy at the local level to deliver the services to be aligned with the real needs of the population.

Concerns abound with focus on the publicly owned buildings unsafe for human occupancy to the increased dependence upon sales of alcohol through Down Town locations.  The multitude of publicly owned vacant lots with maintenance costs that have long ago exceeded their value.  The absence of a stop and go light on Broadway and Eddy street.  Repair of a simple sidewalk that results in months of blockage from pedestrian use.  Smothering Municipal debt load that supports the Administrations continued action of taking a blind eye to the blatant loss.

A proper community assessment defines an accurate value to the public infrastructure - if we do not have an accurate value of our public buildings we will not have policy that assures the safety and wellness of the people who come in contact with these structures in the performance of their day to day work.

Motion On The Other Side - Ovilus 5 Experience

In a testament to the endurance of human consciousness , the unseen presence chooses words that appear on the digital screen of the Ovilus 5 - that describe motion that occurs on the other side at the time of communication.  This short incomplete list - shows some of the ways the unseen presence will use the Ovilus 5 to describe motion that is being perceived on the other side.

Below- perceived below

Went- no longer perceived

Shift- changed in way was first perceived

Step- ambulates

Above- perceived above

Drop- as if falls

Idle- holding a motionless appearance

Sail- as if floating on the surface of water

Rocket- came and went rapidly

Hop- up and down motion

Ran- ambulates fast

Rolled- wheel like movement

Sneak- shadow like glimpses

Smooth- same speed across field of perception

Fish- glide by like a fish swimming

Turn- change direction

Across- horizontal movement

Dorun- beginning to depart

The unseen presence using the Ovilus 5 is sharing information about the way the other side is appearing through their perceptive capabilities.  The other side is really very close.

The Ovilus 5 experience involves an individual technician coming to your chosen location , and turning the digital hand held device on in dictionary mode .  This provides an opportunity for the unseen presence to express themselves.   Words received are written by hand on paper for the client to retain.  The client is charged 49.00 dollars per hour for an individual technician to come and help.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.

Wisconsin Dells Private Parking Solutions App

Home Care Path staff are researching the private parking available in Wisconsin Dells as a way to prepare for the construction of a parking solutions App.  The lot on 814 Cedar Street in the Center of down town Wisconsin Dells plans to embed advertising into the parking service.

Wisconsin Dells is a resort community dependent upon tourism as their primary source of revenue.  Consider the paradigm main street store front operators subscribe to:

- Industry - Tourism

- Core Service - Parking

- Ancillary Service - Advertising

Soon visitors will be able to take advantage of the lot on 814 Cedar Street in down town Wisconsin Dells as a private parking solution to be embedded with theme advertising.   Parking has become the most marketable product in the Wisconsin Dells noting that:

- Noah's Ark sells parking spots

- Woodside Ranch near the large white sports complex sells parking spots

- Mount Olympus sells parking spots

- River Walk Pub sells parking spots

- 814 Cedar Street sells parking spots

In Wisconsin Dells land locked store fronts are dependent upon private parking solutions to operate a profitable business. As large buses and huge aqua ducks functioning as shuttles consume more street parking - visitors need options.  Street parking is further diminished by the transition from angle spaces to far fewer parallel street spaces.  These private parking solutions are not just here to stay - but expected to become more prevalent as a core piece of the areas ability to grow their local economy.

Wisconsin Hands Out Free Cameras To Watch Care Givers

Home Care Path is excited to hear Wisconsin is going to implement a program that provides free cameras for families to monitor care givers helping an elder family member.  This is an intervention that is expected to renew measures designed to assure access to adequate levels of care.

Wisconsin is going to hand out free cameras that create video that is sharable.  This is significant for demonstrating evidence of changes in the elders cognition and physical function which demands more care.  Seniors are receiving care for chronic progressive disease processes that can produce rapid developments requiring more care and the help of more than one care giver.

The good news that Wisconsin will be handing out free cameras means families working with public programs like Family Care and Wisconsin Partnership will have visual evidence of the changes in condition that require additional help for the senior.  These videos can now be shown to Long Term Care Insurance plan Case Managers as well as Family Care and Wisconsin Partnership Case Managers which will improve access to adequate levels of care.

Wisconsin's (ADRC) Aging and Disability Resource Center staff can use the video as evidence for the needs of the frail elder which assures eligibility to available programming benefits.  The staff of Wisconsin's Home Care Path encourages all families with an elder to contact the free camera distribution department as soon as they become available.

Home Care Path coordinates experienced Elder Care Assistants who can come and help with most anything a family member would do if they could be there.  The family is charged 20.00 dollars per hour.  The experienced care givers are supported with marketing, payroll, and billing services.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an elder care assistant visit to get started.

Federal Opportunity Zones - Community Advocacy Consultant

States are watching for the Federal Announcement on Opportunity Zones.  Federal Opportunity Zones connect privately invested money to low income tracts.  This funnels capital into areas where business has a difficult time borrowing money.

The States Governor using supporting data , assigns low income census tracts as Opportunity Zones.  This is funded by providing a tax break that enables capital gains from other investments to be invested in to the Opportunity Zone.

Investors receive special treatment on profits from these new investments.  For example- holding the Opportunity Zone investment for 10 years - makes the capital gains tax free.  States are anticipating the IRS and Treasury Departments publishing and distribution of guidelines on funding these Opportunity Zones in the 3rd quarter of 2018.

This will immediately incentivize people to start and scale their business modals locally.

Overdose Fatality Review Committee - Ovilus 5 Experience

The opioid epidemic has necessitated the formation of localized committees described as overdose fatality review meetings.  The purpose of the ongoing committee is to identify the ways in which the specific overdose death could have been prevented.

The emergence of the overdose fatality review committees in Wisconsin signals a move toward a more holistic approach to preventing drug use deaths.  The community is being forced to look at pragmatic aspects of prevention that can improve effectiveness when implemented as an ongoing group.

The findings in the overdose fatality review committees can be employed to organize a neighborhood where a death has occurred.  The over dose death is a signal for the neighborhood to organize and diligently support those citizens with a history of addiction.

The staff of the Ovilus 5 Experience encourage readers to watch for the formation of over dose fatality review committees near your home.  The Ovilus 5 Experience sends an individual staff person to operate the Ovilus 5 in dictionary mode. The client is charged 49.00 dollars per hour for the Ovilus 5 Experience which provides the opportunity for unseen presence in your living space to communicate.  Addiction weakens the veil that separates the living from the dead.  Simply call 608-432-4286 and request an Ovilus 5 Experience to get started.

Wisconsin 1 in 5 Care Giver Positions Vacant - Shortage Crisis

The State of Wisconsin is in a care giver shortage that has reached crisis level.  The latest report published by the Wisconsin Coalition of Provider Associations shows that 1 in every 5 direct care giver positions across the State are currently vacant.

This increasing number of care giver vacancies is occurring at the same time the Wisconsin population is getting older - over 60 years of age.  Wisconsin long term care service providers are pushing referrals away due to lack of staff.

Home Care Path operates an elder care assistant program that enables experienced care givers to function more autonomously while supporting them with marketing, payroll, and billing tasks.

Lake Delton Fire 20K Reward Arson Investigation

Investigators of the January fire that destroyed a partially constructed employee housing building have increased the reward to 20 thousand dollars as an appeal to the public to help solve the declared act of arson.  The solving of the arson would help reduce the risk to additional arson fires in the community.

Wisconsin House Checks staff have been following the media reporting of this property crime.  The House Checks staff have not been informed of the date and time in which the initial investigation took place.  This would produce findings - such as the V shaped discoloration near sites of origin.  The investigation likely involved lab tests that can define the utilization of fire accelerants.

The media did release an out of focus picture of a person of interest - leaving the House Checks staff to question the identification of a similar person on other camera sources.  Wisconsin Dells is a tourist destination with cameras located in most private and public locations.  Tracking is a strategy where the investigators work outward from the site of the fire locating camera use. Follow up involves reviewing the camera images captured in the surrounding areas near the time of the fire.

Wisconsin House Checks is a service that combines geographical knowledge of the area to tasks designed to care for the safety of your property and belongings in the owners absence.  House Checks charges the property owner 20.00 dollars per visit.

The tasks performed by the individual staff person include:

- Foot patrol of the property checking doors, windows and out buildings looking for things out of place

- Trespassing alerts deters unfamiliar visitors in your absence

- Parking deterrent notifies of suspicious unwanted vehicles on property

- Maintenance record of lights out, broken fencing, open doors , high water, animal infestation etc

- Access control brings in mail and deliveries

Simply call 608-432-4286 and request a House Checks service to get started.  Charging 20.00 dollars per visit facilitates access to an affordable option for securing property and belongings in the owners absence.  Serving  from Tomah to Madison in the State of Wisconsin since 2010.
