Home Care Path LLC has submitted to the StartingBlock Social Impact Initiative. The submission involves delivering a service that supports care givers looking to operate their own business. This is expected to embed greater control for the care giver over their practice which supports longevity in their work.
With the ever increasing number of baby boomers reaching retirement- a high percent of the population can benefit from services that support the seniors ability to stay in the home longer. Services that support the caregivers efforts to operate their own business should increase the availability of in home help in under served geographical areas.
This non-medical modal bolsters the care givers received revenue which translates to the sustainability of the communities access to care. This is a mutually beneficial activity that creates value by providing a service that meets an actual need. This is measured through network created efficiencies that deliver relevance when area health care agencies (hospitals - nursing homes) are assessed on the quality of the service being provided.
The StartingBlock Social Impact Initiative is accepting submissions through December 3, 2018. Home Care Path would like to take this opportunity to wish all the participants the best of luck!
