Senior Support Partner – Starting New Client Process

You are given the phone number of a family calling for service.  You call the family and write down the clients full name, and address.  You offer to make a home visit to come up with a schedule.  We charge 20.00 per hour for an individual senior support partner to  come and help. 

At the home visit you verify the address and full name.  You discuss from the list below the type of help the elder needs.

Meals     Clothing     Laundry     Bathroom     Errands     Medication reminders     Garbage

Dishes     Accompany     Lists     Hygiene

Put a check by the above tasks the elder needs help with.  Now below write in the time of the day during the week you will come to help.

Saturday     Sunday     Monday     Tuesday     Wednesday     Thursday     Friday



Now review with the family how you fill out a time sheet- take it to JACQ'S Bookkeeping every 2 weeks.  From your time sheet the bookkeeping staff print your paycheck and key in the clients invoice to be mailed back to the address for payment.   When you leave the clients home – you text the new clients full name, address, and phone number to JACQ's Bookkeeping.  

Home Care Path does not charge the client for your first visit- but you will be paid for going.  Be sure to keep your listing on the new website up to date
