Home Care Path is an integrated senior living solutions organization operating since 2010.  Non-medical supportive home care (senior support partner) is one of the services delivered under the Home Care Path umbrella.  Home Care Path charges the family 20 dollars per hour for the senior support partner to come and help the elder.

The senior support partner performs pre-scheduled tasks to help the elder get through their day.  The senior support partner records their time with the elder on a time sheet that is submitted to JACQ,S Bookkeeping every 2 weeks. 

JACQ'S Bookkeeping using the senior support partners time sheet generates a paycheck.  JACQ'S Bookkeeping then keys in an invoice from the time sheet which is sent to the home of the consumer.

The consumer (senior's family) mails payment to Home Care Path for the invoice sent from JACQ'S Bookkeeping.  Home Care Path deposits the received payment in to the checking account maintained by the Bank of Wisconsin Dells.

A big part of staff training involves teaching senior support partners the importance of collaboration between the service providers.
