Wisconsin Dells Immigration Cycle Conflicts With Federal Government Efforts

The Wisconsin Dells area has crafted a cycle of immigration to compensate for the areas critical lack - which is labor.  The immigration cycle has transitioned the rural Wisconsin Dells community into a global home for more than 4500 work experience travelers.  The work experience travelers come from outside of the Country through the J1VISA Program to temporarily live in Wisconsin Dells and work in the tourism industry.

The Village of Lake Delton consistently allocates publicly collected money to private business enterprises who operate tourism modals of business designed to employ a greater number of out of Country workers.  This requires the Village of Lake Delton to allocate publicly collected money to private property owners who construct new housing for individuals to immigrate to temporarily live in the Wisconsin Dells area.  This requires the Village of Lake Delton to allocate publicly collected money to construct a larger law enforcement building- to better serve a population of more than 4500 immigrating staff.  This requires the Village of Lake Delton to aggressively employ all means possible to elevate taxes upon residents to support the infrastructure and services needed for libraries, schools, and pools.

This cycle is circular:

- Wisconsin Dells Area elevates percent collected as premier resort tax - and collects room tax

- Village of Lake Delton gives family who operates Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build convention center

- Village of Lake Delton gives Noah's Ark 1.5 million dollars to construct new housing for immigrating staff

- Village of Lake Delton allocates publicly collected money to construct larger law enforcement building on Alcan and Miller

- Sporadic gifting of large sums of publicly collected money in to private business modals  - results in a more aggressive approach to taxing residents to support the infrastructure and services needed for libraries, schools, and pools.

This Wisconsin Dells cycle of immigration conflicts with the efforts of the current Administration of the Federal Government - to restrict legal immigration.  The Federal Government is making it clear - the Country is full- people are not being welcomed.
