Wisconsin Dells Departments Pass The Collection Plate

The Wisconsin Dells is a small rural summer resort community.  The area lacks the population to produce the tax revenue to financially maintain the City Department  budgets.  Departments within the City of Wisconsin Dells depend upon organized charitable giving to deliver their service to the local residents.
