Healthy Wisconsin Efforts Include Diagnosis and Treatment of Alzheimer's

The Public Health driven effort Healthy Wisconsin has released the 113 page report.  Healthy Wisconsin began with the analysis of a 2010 assessment of health in Wisconsin. 

From the 2010 assessment a list as a prioritized approach to expanding health driven behaviors across the entire State of Wisconsin was drafted. The improved diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer's disease is one of the priorities listed.

The Healthy Wisconsin Website is maintained to perform the digital delivery of report findings and resources.  The over all goal is improved health through State wide collaboration with community partners to address issues that have a real impact on our neighborhoods.

Home Care Path is an integrated senior living solutions organization embedded with strategic initiatives that support the efforts of the Healthy Wisconsin practice.  A progress report is scheduled to be presented to the Health Counsel in December of 2019.
