iLIFE performs payroll and taxes for clients and care staff enrolled in IRIS. IRIS is a Medicaid waiver program with a focus on self directed long term care supports.
Beginning in February 2016 iLife will pay every two weeks. This is similar to the pay cycle FMS Accounting performs for Home Care Path Wisconsin's integrated senior living solutions provider. FMS Accounting performs payroll and handles taxes on a two week schedule.
This uniformity is an industry wide trend preparing for the State wide transition to an Insurance Plan delivery of the Family Care population.
