In a plea for the help of the public those investigating the fire of the employee housing in the Wilderness Resort have increased the reward to twenty thousand dollars.
This photo was taken standing back by the summer boat ramp where the creek would have been froze over in January - the month of the fire. Was there any community division related to the classification of the building among Village authorizing departments? Can see the wooded bank to the left where gloves or mittens may have been dropped. There is a light pole near the construction site.
Thinking internal security would already have reviewed records of access cards and the shuttle call log. One of the photographs released depicts investigators sifting through ashes that rested upon the concrete floor of the interior post fire. Interestingly there is no appearance of fire discoloration upon the concrete walls of the interior in that photo.
Wisconsin House Checks sends an individual staff person to walk your property checking doors, windows, and out buildings in the occupants absence. Looking for things out of place - visits occur during the daytime hours. The property owner is charged 20 dollars per visit. This is a human intervention to compliment your technological security. Simply call 608-432-4286 and request a House Check service to get started.
