Passage of the 2015 Wisconsin Budget included a Time Of Sale Requirement Provision designed to remove barriers to Real Estate transactions.  The Time Of Sale Requirements Provision prohibits local government departments from requiring inspections, property maintenance, or payment related fees at the time of sale- or title transfer.
