The University of Wisconsin Real Estate Center has been named after James A. Graaskamp and for good reason. James Graaskamp held a thought construct capable of helping Real Estate Industry participants better understand the importance of balancing the relationship of public to private land ownership.
This expanded the idea of land economics which involves defining how natural and environmental resources contribute to economic activity. This is creating evidence of value through a more comprehensive approach to studying use of the land. This created an inclusive paradigm instrumental in strengthening the development and growth across a community.
This progressive idea educated community builders on the importance of balance between high tax yield commercial property and housing needs. Simply stated, workers and consumers of commercial enterprise need affordable housing. This comprehensive approach contained strings of feasibility.
The UW Madison's Graaskamp Center for Real Estate has structured the multi-faceted highly collaborative process to property transactions we have today. The work of James Graaskamp has improved the formation of public policy which includes a broader spectrum of participants. Placing the emerging local Real Estate encounter within the comprehensive structure of far reaching feasibility lends acceptance to standards of analysis. This delivers an increased density of buy in which can inspire longevity and greater stability of the entire community.
The staff of Home Care Path and Wisconsin Credit Repair Nerds would like to take this opportunity to thank James Graaskamp for all his good work.
