The National Association of Realtors reported a five month supply of available homes on the market in June of 2015.  June of 2014 recorded a 5.5 month supply of available homes on the market.  Inventory going down means home sales have increased. 

National numbers for home sales increased 3.2 percent in June.  This represents a 9.6 percent increase over the last 12 months.  Rapid consumption of existing homes can result in less real estate sellers. Wisconsin Real Estate Agents describes June as being  one of the busier months for home sales.
