Dean Health Plan Madison Wants Plan For Green Bay Wisconsin

Dean Health Plan of 1277 Deming Way Madison Wisconsin 53717 is acting to expand in to the Green Bay Wisconsin area.  Dean Health Plan is seeking approval through the Wisconsin Office Of The Commissioner of Insurance to market a health insurance product called Prevea360 health plan.

Prevea Health Network PO Box 19070 Green Bay Wisconsin 54307  is a managing organization for a group of health care providers (this includes St. Vincent Hospital, St. Mary's Hospital and Medical Center and more) delivering medical services to the population of North Eastern Wisconsin.

Dean Health Plan is contracting with Prevea Health Network for the purpose of marketing managed care health insurance products to residents of North Eastern Wisconsin.  Prevea360 health plan is an insurance product to be underwritten and administered by Dean Health Plan.
