Village Lake Delton Supports Employee Housing Industry

The Village of Lake Delton distributes incentive funding to support a property owners efforts to build and operate employee housing.   The efforts to support the new construction involves local regulations that eliminate existing housing options for employees.

This is the Village of Lake Delton taking an active role in tasks of renewal. The Village of Lake Delton has awarded the Kalahari Resort with a 10 million dollar grant to build a large convention center.  The hope is to raise local calculations that improve a corporate franchise systems ability to approve Village of Lake Delton properties for a franchise location.

The economic clustering near the interstate has demonstrated how these islands of commerce benefit the entire community.  The Village of Lake Delton and the City of Wisconsin Dells lack the population to meet the increased need for employees this renewal effort could deliver.

This lends evidence to the strength and potential for longevity of the employee housing industry in the Village of Lake Delton.
