Could a submission for a tourism grant through the Sauk County Government offered as part of a placemaking plan be used to fund an App to connect Kalahari Convention Center attendees with down town Baraboo Wisconsin.
The App would provide a new and innovative approach to facilitate the ability of Kalahari Convention Center attendees to plan time for a visit to the historic down town Baraboo Wisconsin. The number of App visitors could be calculated to deliver a measurable outcome. The time frame would involve an exit strategy that plans for the developers of the App to hand the operation over to a local organization.
The Village of Lake Delton has provided a 10 million dollar grant to the Kalahari Resort to construct a convention center suitable for drawing large numbers of national visitors. The convention center is expected to flood the area with new visitors. This is leveraging technology to broaden the knowledge of the availability of area amenities and strengthen the satisfaction individual convention center attendees can experience with their visit.
An App designed to connect Kalahari Convention Center Visitors to historic down town Baraboo Wisconsin using Sauk County Tourism grant funding. What a fun way to celebrate the approaching opening of the Kalahari Convention Center.
