If Dells doing good Mayors Election not matter - but are we doing good?

If the City of Wisconsin Dells was doing good - the mayors election would not matter - but are we doing good?  These are the concerns of your candidate Louis Kutzke :

- Municipal debt over 30 million dollars

- Businesses leaving forever

- TIF areas contribute lower return for schools

- Lower property value

- Increased vulnerability to litigation

- Property owners require CDA funds to secure credit

- Implemented Municipal projects lack application to assure expense to maintaining is met

- Road surface, Public works building, are types of real needs but never discussed

If the City of Wisconsin Dells was doing good - well keep doing what your doing - but really we are not doing good.  Please vote Louis Kutzke for mayor of the City of Wisconsin Dells on April 3rd
