The City of Wisconsin Dells Planning Commission approved the zoning of The Riverwood Eagle's Nest Senior Housing Parcel as a Planned Development District. This is a progressive step toward adapting municipal regulatory policy to facilitate these financially beneficial projects.
Initial construction will involve 26 independent living apartments, 30 assisted living dwellings , 12 memory care units, and 38 apartments. Common areas with food, beverage, and retail stations. A campus style living with close by resort amenities from the greater Wisconsin Dells area.
