6. All operating Integrated Health Agencies will need a Wisconsin Insurance License

7. The Aging and Disability Resource Center will perform initial eligibility screening and transition the individual from private payment to public funded programming

8. Integrated Health Agencies will be challenged to contract with service providers aligned with value based reimbursement policy

9. Policy embedded fiscal and quality attributes facilitate methods of delivery that move definitions of care from a high cost skilled inpatient setting to the beneficiaries chosen residence

10. This is the first of many more changes focused on applying innovative models of delivery that can best meet the needs of an increasingly aging population.
