Home Care Path LLC Marketing Strategy
Home Care Path LLC serving seniors in south central Wisconsin. Coordinating staff to perform daily work preventing the senior from getting so run down they end up in the emergency room or permanently placed in assisted living. One concept utilized in marketing senior care services is strategic alliance. I have a friend in Sparta Wisconsin who operates Care Mate geriatric consulting. I will contact her to discuss mutual benefit to cross referrals. This strategy also works with local hospitals, nursing homes, county aging programs. With Home Care path LLC the marketing focus is on referral sources. Verbalizing an easy referral process to a referral source is practical. Large organizational discharge coordinators are finding themselves too busy to serve the population they have been assigned. Referral sources want to be able to make a phone contact and call it done. So marketing can benfit from communicating a message to Senior, the family, and the referring community.
