The Village of Lake Delton gave the Kalahari Resort 10 million publicly collected dollars to build a convention center capable of serving large regional - national groups. This is a public - private partnership forged to create a physical location designed to attract a huge new population of shared customers in to the Wisconsin Dells area.
The Village of Lake Delton has been giving millions of dollars to franchise hotel operators to locate in the Wisconsin Dells area. This is to assure adequate available over night lodging for the large groups gathering at the new convention center.

Free Parking Expectation Wizard Amusement Wisconsin Dells Elm Street
The new Wizard amusement seeking property in down town Wisconsin Dells near the Chalet Bowling Lanes will expect their customers to receive free parking. This project will need Elm Street to be closed and developed by the City of Wisconsin Dells as an outdoor plaza.
