The Madison Wisconsin Builders Association will conduct the popular Parade of Homes from June 10 to the 25th.  This gives families looking to build a home a solid view of the latest construction ideas in the area.

The number of properties conveyed in 2017 can indicate a reduction of supply, meaning there are less available homes for sale across the Wisconsin geographical area.  This can move home buyers in to the new house construction market.
