Staff Help Seniors Stay Home

Home Care Path LLC coordinates staff to help seniors with daily chores preventing the senior from becoming so run down the senior ends up in the emergency room or permanently placed in assisted living. Staff provide scheduled visits to the seniors residence. The structure keeps the senior involved in the day to day episodes of life. The senior remains interdependent, and a productive community participant. Seniors and families describe these connections as positive healthy relationships. Staff recognize that all individual members of the community are interdependent. Both staff and the seniors share in reception of this positive experience. Facilitating community connections with a focus on keeping the senior independent and involved in the life they enjoy.
